About this property

Master Suite minutes from Yakima in town of Tieton.

Very large one bedroom with comfortable king bed. Huge master bath with jetta tub and seperate shower and Large walk in closet. Unit has kitchenette with full fridge, microwave, Coffee maker, toaster oven and single burner. Attached to my home by just a 4' shared wall to a hallway which is insulated. Private entrance, patio and small fenced area. Lost of room for parking. Rural working farm just minutes from Yakima. Watch horses graze off the patio. Tieton is a small town covered with orchards.

Wood bench, two sitting chairs, dining table/chair and desk with chair. TV with Roku. heat/air temp is set in main home. Glad to set to guest comfort. Space heater in bathroom as well.
Heat/air temperature controlled in main house. Winter is set to 70 in day and turned down to 67 at 10 pm and back up at 6 am. I am glad to work around your preferences. Air conditioning is not often needed with cool evenings but will work around guest as needed. Space heater in bathroom as well.

Please note: the free range dogs will greet you with smiles and wags.

Pet fee for short stays is $25.00 week or less and $60.00 for longer stays. Map is not 100% accurate. Dogs must get along with other dogs and cats.

Between Tieton and Cowichee, short drive to Yakima. Down dirt driveway. Must use address provide with check in instructions for GPS.

Lovely

Well kept, friendly dogs, a beautiful area. We had a lovely time, got to be greated by the dogs, the duplex did not have kitchen but it did have toaster oven so with a bit of creativity we made some wonderful meals. we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Country location

The property was as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were spacious and very clean. I felt at home. My pup seemed much more relaxed than when we stay at a hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Relaxed, quiet countryside escape

Just what we were looking for . . . a countryside location, away from any large town. Clean rooms and friendly dogs greeting us. And plenty of hiking opportunity (which was pointed out to us) through a canyon and some hills. Yet, not far away from a small town (Naches and Cowiche) and a larger town (Yakima).

Country Living Done Right.

This place was so good I decided to book a second partial week! As before the owner was extremely helpful with suggestions for local activities and responsive with any requests by text message. I loved the isolation and the total peace and quiet with extremely comfortable furnishings. The price was right, too. Only accolades for this magnificent country getaway. I hope to return soon.

Perfect Country Getaway

This luxurious oasis of comfort in the middle of orchards and horse country has everything the weary traveler needs to unwind. I found the property owner helpful from beginning to end. The pantry is crowded with helpful items, the bed is very comfortable and the master bathroom is opulent. The dogs were extremely friendly and the surroundings were sublime. I left rejuvenated and refreshed. My highest recommendation.

Great Location!

Great place to stay outside of Yakima! Make sure and watch the videos that the owner sends for the last 1/2 mile of your trip. Very helpful! Enjoy your stay.

Loved the quiet!

This was our first time using VRBO and I did not realize the address in the listing was not the actual rental property. It was an actual address, however, and some of the description of the property was based on that address, such as distance to local attractions. We were traveling with our dog, and we appreciated the fenced yard. She was comfortable there and had appropriate interactions with the owner’s dogs. We really appreciated the quiet.

Quaint country feel!

I loved my stay. A very nice and spacious room. The host has made it very comfortable for their guests. The dogs are all friendly and if you love a country getaway this is perfect for you!

Cute place! Super mellow quiet accommodations. The farm dogs greeted us like we were old friends (trails wagging, no barking). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Clean and neat suite

This is a good base for hiking and other outdoor activities in the Naches / West Yakima area. It isn't fancy but it is clean, has everything you need and is fairly priced. I would definitely go back again.
