Family property consisting of 2 independent terraced houses, very comfortable: A traditional Breton "old house" (5 bedrooms), and a "new house" (4 bedrooms), built in 2013, in the middle of an enclosed plot of 4500m² , with direct access to the sea and magnificent view.
Access to Ile aux Moines by boat, from the Port-Blanc pier (14km from Vannes) then taxi-van (or bicycle).
The house is 3km from the port of Ile aux Moines
