In the heart of the bird sanctuary of Suscinio, this 2-story house will allow you to enjoy the beach, explore the coastal paths, discover the many treasures of the Ruys peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan, or simply relax in our peaceful garden!

Perfectly suitable for corporate seminars, it is possible to rent an additional 120m2 as an option, which adds to the above description a seminar room of 50m2, a kitchen of 20m2, 2 double bedrooms, a shower room, totaling 20 beds (price upon request).

The countryside and its nearby seaside, all close to the town of Sarzeau, 25 minutes from the Vannes TGV station.

Pleasant, comfortable (new bedding, sheets, and towels provided), and well-equipped, you will have access to over 370m2 (+ 120m2 optional):

16 beds: 3 double bedded rooms (including 2 rooms where the double bed can be separated into 2 single beds) - 2 twin-bedded rooms - 1 dormitory with 5 beds (including 1 triple bunk bed exclusively for children accustomed to sleeping in it and under the full responsibility of their parents) - 1 single-bedded room - 6 bathrooms.

On the ground floor: two large entrances, a large kitchen and living room (85m2) with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom (accessible for persons with reduced mobility) with 2 single beds which can serve as a small living room with a POOL TABLE, a second bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (accessible for persons with reduced mobility).
On the first floor: 3 large bedrooms (one with a sea-view balcony) as parental suites with double beds and their 3 adjoining bathrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a large dormitory with 2 single beds and 1 triple bunk bed (under the exclusive responsibility of the parents), 2 shower rooms, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (2 additional rooms + 1 bathroom available as an option).
Wifi throughout the house, laser printer in one of the rooms, heating (from early October to late April), large wood-burning stove on the ground floor for the mid-season, parking for 8 cars, ...
The kitchen is equipped with 2 dishwashers, a robot, Nespresso coffee machines, etc.

The house is extremely quiet due to its location between the bird sanctuary, Château de Suscinio, and the sea. With all commerce and relaxation facilities nearby by car. Not to mention the Crouesty harbor for boat lovers!

Access to all parts of the house, front courtyard, back garden, parking on the right side.

Other remarks:
The cleaning fee is mandatory and also includes the provision of sheets and towels.

For corporate seminars, the rate is exclusive of taxes. VAT will be applied in addition to the entire rental, and an invoice will be provided.
