Cosy, quiet colourful house with gated courtyard to the front plus fully secure rear courtyard garden with seating and coal BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen. Lounge is good size and has dining table which doubles up as pool/ping pong table. Cottage 'feel' without lack of space. Family bathroom has a bath with shower head. Second bathroom is an ensuite to the main bedroom.
Seconds away from Whitstable high street, 10min walk from West Beach which allows dogs all year round. Golf club is 5mins walk. Cafes, restaurants and vintage shops just moments away. Easy drive to Canterbury, other coastal towns.
