Our home is fully furnished with a king size sleep number bed in the master (en suite bathroom) and a queen bed in the guest room. Enjoy your morning coffee on the shady patio. Golf cart included - play a round at one of our 5 golf courses in the Sun Lakes community! If you like to cook, the recently updated kitchen features all needed appliances plus a stack washer/dryer for laundry day. A gas grill on the patio is great for the grillmaster. The Sun Lakes community offers many amenities including heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, exercise facilities, restaurants and more. Easy access to Hwy 10; 20 minutes from Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway airports. Enjoy a taste of what Sun Lakes retirement living is all about!
