Hop off Cty Rd 39 before you hit the traffic. Located just behind the Shinnecock Golf Course. Tasteful beachy decor with a nice, sunny open layout.
First floor bedroom, full bath, Eat-in Kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, comfy sectional and a new gas fireplace, and sunroom with huge flatscreen TV and oversized leather sofa and chair with french doors opening to the Mahogany sun deck with dining, sun chaises, 6 person hot tub and bluestone patio with fire-pit, pergula and gas BBQ.
Second floor has a spacious Master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and newly renovated master bath, another guest room with new ensuite bath and small office area/dressing room and a fourth small bedroom with twin bed. Big back yard- fenced in and private.
Park for the week and relax! Hop skip to sandy bay beach, Ocean beaches, and Southampton Village shops and restaurants.

About the host

Hosted by Sandy and Gregg Griffin

Owners Sandy and Gregg live and work in Southampton. We moved here 25 years ago. Sandy is from the Philadelphia area and studied Animal Biology and Behavior at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Gregg grew up in Park Slope, Brooklyn and attended the Southampton College. He received his BS of Science in Marine Biology. We have one son who is all grown up and lives in Newport Rhode Island where he works as an Independent Sailboat Captain and Manager. We love boating and are members of the Southampton Yacht Club. We have rented this home before to a Golf Pro in a prior USGA Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and are offering it this summer.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful open half acre plus lot with fenced in, leyland cypress privacy screened back yard. The house was built new in 1993 and added onto and renovated in 2004. We have continually updated and renovated since. Inside you'll find an open, sunny, bright layout. Nice, clean, updated decor, furnishings and linens. Great back yard with stone patio, big mahogany deck, Hot tub, Gas BBQ and fire-pit.
