We took the ferry from Fynshav to Bøjden, which was really convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. The Sommerland vacation home complex is just 8 minutes from the ferry terminal; the house itself is in the second row and offers a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. At Lyø Krog, you can spend the whole day watching sailboats or go windsurfing or paddleboarding yourself. There’s no sandy beach, just a narrow strip of gravel. However, the many jetties make it easy to get into the water.
