The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed and its bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. There is additional sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room for guests? use. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and beautiful granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is fully tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
