This first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is located on the peaceful, Bayside inter coastal side of our property. This larger model has a total of 1322 sq. feet and sleep 6 guests max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed and its bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. There is additional sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room for guests’ use. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and beautiful granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is fully tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy warm tropical breezes.
