A cozy little nest for this authentic restored Fisherman's House dating from 1766, fully furnished and decorated in a contemporary spirit in 2014. Terraced house with patio, South exposure, terrace area and chalet for bicycle storage.
Located in a small village typical of southern Brittany, facing the Isle of Groix, KERROCH, is the ideal starting point for hikes on the coastal paths, which border the coastline where many coves of white sand and crystal clear water nestle : Pérello, Lomener, Courégant.
Signposted paths, cycle track to Guidel -Beach, surf spot, Jet Ski, Diving, Sailing, Golf.
Lorient 8 kms, pier for Ile de Groix and Port Louis, Interceltic Festival, City of Eric Tabarly sailing,

Wonderful holiday in a pretty and cosy house

We had a beautiful time in the fisher cottage. Near to beaches and the coastpath.A good start to walk along the beaches and the landscape. Very friendly owner.

Jolie maison de pêcheur, proche de la plage, boulangerie, restaurant, cela se fait à pied en 5 minutes, ce qui est agréable. Par contre Il n'y a pas de jardin, car c'est un droit de passage pour les voisins de la maison d'à côté. Juste une terrasse pour pouvoir manger dehors (qui est en bord de route mais qui est cachée par une palissade, donc on entend les voitures qui passent et les passants). Mais ce qui n'enlève rien au charme de cette maison. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine ensoleillée. Et pour les courses, en 10 minutes en voiture il y a des grandes surfaces. Et pour faire les balades au bord du littoral, elle est très bien située.

Excellent séjour à Kerroch

Petite maison en granit très agréable et confortable. A proximité une boulangerie et un bon restaurant (la petite cale). Sentier du littoral proche et accès à la petite crique de Kerroch ainsi qu'aux 2 plages ( du petit Perello et du grand Perello) à 20 minutes de marche en traversant le camping. Séjour excellent !

Petite maison très mignonne, très bien située, dispose de tout le confort pour des vacances, proche de la mer, les propriétaires sont très sympas, nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve a Kerroch et ses environs. Merci pour cette découverte de la Bretagne.

Schönes Ferienhaus in kleinem Fischerdorf

Wir (Kinder 9+10 und 2 Erwachsene) waren im Juli für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen, modern und stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Betten waren sehr gut. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg - weitere tolle Strände sind in 5-15 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Umgebung können viele Dinge mit dem Auto besichtigt werden (Museen, Städte, Kirchen…). Vor Ort gibt es einen super Bäcker und ein gutes Restaurant… Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. B-)

Petite maison agréable

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette petite maison de pêcheur très bien située : elle est proche de la mer, et on peut faire de nombreuses balades sur les sentiers côtiers. Deux bémols néanmoins - mais que certains ne trouveront peut-être pas gênants : la maison est un peu sombre, et les voisins ont un droit de passage dans le jardin. Ils passent donc devant la fenêtre de la pièce à vivre pour rentrer chez eux…

Très agréable maison de pêcheur

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison de pêcheur où rien ne manque et où il fait bon vivre pour des vacances réussies ... Idéalement située pour visiter la Bretagne et proche des sentiers côtiers pour de belles balades. Sans parler de l’accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Une seule envie y retourner 😊

Kleines Fischerhaus in ruhigem Ort am Meer

Kleines Fischerhaus in ruhigem Ort am Meer Wir können dies Häuschen nur empfehlen es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr bretonisch. Der Ort selber ist sehr klein, der Bäcker ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ein Lokal und eine Creperie (unbedingt reservieren) sind auch vorhanden. Wer einen schönen entspannten Urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Maison et emplacement au top !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. On s’y sent comme chez soi ! L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter des plages, des balades sur les sentiers côtiers, des restaurants... et pour visiter de très belles villes voisines ( Guidel, Port-Louis, Pont-Aven...)

Gemütliches, modern und gut ausgestattes und liebevoll eigerichtetes Fischerhaus

Wir sind zu zweit gereist und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für uns war das sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienhaus ideal. Bäcker direkt in der Nähe (macht in der Vorsaison allerdings schon mal Urlaub). Sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt (frische Croissant und Baguette, Fleischtheke, Käsetheke, usw.) und Tankstelle 2 km entfernt. Ort sehr ruhig. Gute Basis für Ausflüge zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto. Ziele wie Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Carnac und Vannes sind in 1 h gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe sehr schöne Sandstrände, z.T. fußläufig oder mit dem Fahhrad gut zu erreichenz.T. mit Toiletten und Duschen ausgestattet. im Haus kein guter Netzempfang, kein WLAN, Fernsehen mit insbesondere französischen Sendern, Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Auch ohne Französischkenntnisse hat alles gut geklappt. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Anreise, Abreise und finanzielle Abwicklung ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank an die Familie Berrou.

Außerordentlich, Sauber, Gepflegt, Erholsam

Wir haben tolle Ferien in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Erholung in vorzüglichem Ambiente. Es war alles reichlich vorhanden und sehr gepflegt, vom einfachen Wasserglas bis zum Grillbesteck. Stil- und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der sehr niedrige Haupteingang, der mit einer Höhe von 1,65 m fast jeden zu demütig gebeugtem Eingang zwingt. Aber es gibt ja noch den Nebeneingang, durch den man aufrechten Ganges kommt. Einziges kleines Manko, die Bewohner des Nachbarhauses müssen über das Grundstück. Alles in allem tolle Ferien in einem sehr schönen Haus und einer klasse Umgebung. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Danke an die Familie Berrou!

Très belle maison de pêcheur

... située près d‘une plage dans un petit village calme - pas loin de Lorient. La maison a un petit jardin clôturé et une terrasse, ou on peut bien prendre les repas. La cuisine ouverte est bien equippée et offre tous ce qu‘on a besoin. Les proprietaires sont très sympa et serviable. Une seule proposition d’amélioration: Il me manquait seulement un radio pour écouter la musique et la langue française. Mais, bien sûr on peut aussi apporter un de la maison.

Wunderbares, ruhig gelegenes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und durchweg sympathisches Haus

Wir hatten von Anfang an sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit den Vermietern und fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Das Haus ist großartig renoviert, wobei erfolgreich auf die Erhaltung der historischen Bausubstanz geachtet wurde. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgerüstet. Die Lage ist ideal, um Sehenswürdigkeiten sowohl in der Nähe als auch im Süden (Carnac, Quibéron) oder im Norden gut zu erreichen. Ein hervorragender Bäcker ist im Ort, ein Supermarkt im Nachbarort. Leider ist bislang noch kein WLAN (Wifi) vorhanden, was insofern zu beachten ist, da ganz offenbar in der Bretagne die Netzstabilität recht unzuverlässig ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder zurückkehren!
