Charming Stone House near seaside in the countryside

Ideally located on the outskirts of the village, near the ria of étel and the beaches, you will be seduced by this quiet house, entirely renovated, of 80 m2 with the charm of Breton granite. You will benefit from the garden, terrace (barbecue) and private parking (pétanque field) within the property consisting of the owners' house and this outbuilding (independent access). You will have independent access from the owners and secure with electric gate. A large living room with flat screen TV DVD player, overlooking the south west facing terrace with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs as well as the landscaped garden. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer. Cellar with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor + WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom + WC. Baby equipment on request without supplement. Cleaning on request (45 € package).

A wonderful property that is in perfect condition and with all expected amenities

The charming hosts (with 2 young boys) showed us around - they live next door - and kindly gave us some produce from their smallholding. Full use of a considerable garden with secure parking. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage near the sea

Christophe and Sandrine are very welcoming hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their very clean, peaceful and well equipped gite. The gardens are absolutely stunning and there is lots to do in the local area. We particularly enjoying visiting Carnac and a boat trip around the Morbihan bay. Christophe and Sandrine were available to answer questions if we needed it and were extremely patient as we practised our French. Thank you also for the delicious eggs and cider.

10 Day Stay

While we loved the house and it's privacy and location, we felt the listing was a little misleading. Yes, you are staying in the house as shown in the listing, but you aren't given free access to the side of the house as shown - yellow front door. We were to use the back terrace doors. Which are beautiful, but it is not the impression given in the listing. We also feel it wasn't made clear in advance that necessities are not provided i.e. toilet paper and hand soap. Traveling from the US, we aren't as familiar with French amenities and it would be good to inform guests of this fact in advance. Enjoyed interaction with Christophe. He is very warm and personable. Overall, we recommend the rental as we did enjoy our stay.

Wow, wow, wow, what a property immaculate every item you would need in the kitchen and sll if goid quality. Lovely beds and bedding. Shower was awsome with hot water avdikable 24/7. The gardens are truly spectacular so much time effort and thought with different areas to sit and eat. The owners are on hand if needed and provided us with fresh eggs and local cider. There is a pick your own farm within a short walk and the fruit and vegetables are superb. Tasty Strawberries and raspberries I have to say they were far tastier than any I have eaten in the UK. There ate fantadtic beaches withon a short drive which are brilliant as they are shallow and ghd waters calm. If uou have little ones ghere are plenty of rock pools. Local markets dont forget Lamour Plage on Sunday wonderful market fantastic produce. The boulongerie in Lamour is one of the best and dont forget to have a tea or coffee at the espeserie opposite the church. The lady who works there is lovely and you can uy fresh coffee and a vsrety of teas.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem kleinen Paradies verbracht. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, es mangelte an nichts. Ein sehr gepflegter Garten erfreute das Auge. Das Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück (eingezäunt) sicher abgestellt werden. Wunderschöne Strände waren ca. 11 km entfernt. Fährverbindungen zu den Inseln (Belle Île, Île de Groix oder Île aux Moines) innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar.Die Gastgeber Sandrine und Christophe waren äußerst liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem perfekten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gute Betten (ein großes Bett 180 cm in dem einen Schlafzimmer und 2 Einzelbetten im anderen), ein traumhafter Garten und die Vermieter, Christophe und Sandrine sind sehr nett. Ein Supermarkt ist in ca. 300m Entfernung und die Strände sind in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.Vielen Dank, Christophe und Sandrine, für Eier, Gemüse und Obst und die tollen Empfehlungen von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir hatten als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alle für uns relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch einfach in dem Haus bleiben und den schönen Garten, die schöne Terrasse und den fantastischen Sonnenuntergang genießen, was wir auch ausgiebig gemacht haben. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt und brauchten keinerlei Anlaufzeit. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, und es fehlt an nichts. Es war zudem sehr ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zurückhaltend, wären aber jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen. Obwohl die Gastgeber direkt nebenan wohnen, hat man seine Privatsphäre. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteter Haus, ein sehr schön gestalteter Garten, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer, die auch sehr viele nützliche Informationen zu möglichen Reisezielen gegeben haben. Traum Urlaub von Anfang an

Der Urlaub war von Anfang an traumhaft. Das Haus und der Garten sind eine reine Wohlfühloase. So wie es im Urlaub eben sein soll. Sandrine und Christophe sind sehr nette Vermieter. Vielen Dank an die Beiden für die wertvollen Ausflugstipps. Wir wurden mit Salat und Zucchini aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln vor Ort ist sehr gut. Als Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Unternehmungen, die die Region bietet ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Sandrine und Christophe, für diesen wundervollen Urlaub.

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Christophe ist Landschaftsgärtner ... Kein Wunder, dass man sich in einem traumhaften Garten wieder findet. Mit langer Abendsonne direkt auf der Terrasse. Wir waren schon oft in Ferienwohnungen in Urlaub, aber diese ist wahrlich perfekt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und bis zum nächsten Urlaub polieren wir unser Französisch nochmal auf, damit man sich noch besser unterhalten kann.
