Surroundings: The PORT SAPLAYA apartment is located in a residential complex 4 km from Valencia, on Alboraya Beach, within a beautiful architectural complex designed as a marina reminiscent of Venice, as boats are moored right at the entrance to the homes. The area is well-connected to city centre Valencia by buses and taxis, and features a commercial district that includes a large shopping centre and many restaurants and shops. It’s a magical and comfortable place to enjoy a pleasant stay in both summer and winter, as the apartment is very well-equipped for all seasons.
