Inside, you'll find comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. A washer/dryer is also available for added convenience.



The apartment features three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering plenty of space and comfort for families or groups. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second a double bedroom with a dedicated workspace, and the third twin beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together.



Guests enjoy access to an outdoor pool, children's pool, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and secure underground parking for one vehicle. A/C and underfloor heating ensure year-round comfort.

Pets are welcome upon request. We kindly ask owners to ensure their pets are well supervised and respectful of the property. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional costs resulting from their pet's stay, and such costs may be charged where necessary.

To comply with Portuguese law (Law 23/2007, Articles 9 and 10), all guests must complete our online check-in form (sent prior to arrival) and provide the same ID used for travel into Portugal — either a passport or EU/EEA/Swiss national ID card. Driving licences are not accepted, and entry cannot be granted without this information for every guest.
