4-Bed Private Pool Home near Oistins & Beaches

A fully renovated 4-bedroom family home near Oistins and Barbados’ beautiful South Coast beaches, with a private swimming pool and generous outdoor living and dining space.

This is our own family holiday home rather than a purpose-built rental, and we have furnished and equipped it to the standard we want when staying here ourselves. The house is spacious, comfortable and designed for relaxed family holidays, with air conditioning, quality furnishings and plenty of room both indoors and outside.

The home

The property is arranged on one level and offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus an additional WC/cloakroom. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, while another full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. The twin bedroom is particularly suited to children or younger guests.

The bright living room provides plenty of space to relax, with TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have good storage.

Kitchen & laundry

The fully equipped kitchen is intended for proper everyday cooking rather than just basic holiday use. It includes a full-size fridge/freezer, electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, crockery, glassware and utensils.

A separate utility area provides both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Private pool & outdoor living

Guests have exclusive use of the private swimming pool, sun loungers, patio and outdoor areas throughout their stay.

The covered outdoor dining area seats eight and is ideal for long breakfasts, evening meals and drinks by the pool. A gas BBQ and outdoor griddle are provided, together with barbecue utensils. Gas in the fitted bottles plus a spare supply is provided for normal use during your stay.

There is also a separate covered front veranda — a quieter spot for sitting with a coffee or evening drink.

Families

The house is well suited to families. A high chair and travel cot with sheets are provided, along with a small children’s outdoor table and chairs.

Location

The house is conveniently located near Oistins, the famous Friday night Fish Fry and Barbados’ South Coast beaches, making it easy to combine time at the house and pool with beach days, restaurants and exploring the island.

During your stay

You will have exclusive use of the entire home and private outdoor areas. Before arrival we will provide the information you need for your stay and remain available by message should you need assistance.

There is no daily housekeeping, although a mid-stay clean can be arranged on request for an additional charge.

We provide a complimentary starter supply of household and bathroom essentials including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, washing-up liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters and cleaning products. As this is a self-catering home rather than a hotel, these starter supplies are not replenished during the stay.

For security, exterior cameras are present around the property, including outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
