This amazing waterfront home presents a true entertainment oasis. This Key Colony gem provides endless fun in the sun. Whether you're fishing, boating around, or simply relaxing in your shimmering private pool with waterfall, your options here are endless. No need to worry about pesky bugs, there is a large screened-in lanai with a 46" outdoor TV. Grill out and dine on the covered lanai or by the pool.

Inside, you’ll find exquisite furnishings. The property presents a roomy primary suite - as well as a huge ensuite bathroom. Unwind in the expansive great room, with 2 dining areas. The well-equipped kitchen provides ample counter space and a full suite of appliances. 1st floor also includes a full guest bathroom and a 2nd bedroom/office. The second floor has a 2nd guest suite with king bed, also a queen room and a double X-long twin room. Relax on the large balcony overlooking the pool and canal.

This was our second time renting this property. Location is perfect for boating/fishing enthusiasts. The house is well kept. We particularly love the screened in porch because the Keys can get buggy in the evenings.

Beautiful and spacious home with plenty of room to spread out, we had brought the grandparents with us. Kitchen was well-equipped and house was clean. I booked this property for the week of New Year for my husband and myself, two adult children, daughter in law and three grandchildren. Key Colony Gem

We had a wonderful stay. We rented a boat and docked it at the house all week. The access to the Gulf and Ocean was so easy. The house was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The kids loved the pool. We had a chef come in and cook for us in the beautiful kitchen. We had lots of family game nights at the card table. It was the perfect house for our vacation. I would highly recommend it.

Nothing short of amazing

This property was everything that it said, and more! We had so much fun as a family and the property is absolutely exquisite. A home that has it all!

Our group cannot say enough about this property in Key Colony! The owners have provided a beautiful home with visitor-friendly amenities. The kitchen is incredible with new appliances (loved the wine fridge) and well thought out gadgets and cookware to make meal planning convenient. The bedrooms and baths were beautiful and most comfortable. The pool and porches made outside activities a delight—and access to the private beach a short walk away allowed that ocean interaction. To add to our pleasure, we were able to dock our boat right on property! Lastly, Cindy Alexander, the property manager, was readily available for any assistance. We truly could not have loved this place more!

The Perfect Keys Escape!

Cindy is a wonderful host! Communication was spot on and she checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was GREAT!!!! We rented a boat for the week and really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons when we returned from fishing. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked most every night). Location was great (Nice sunset views from the front porches). I highly recommend this property!!!

Family vacation

This vacation was everything we had hoped. The location was excellent, the house was everything we expected and the pool was a relaxing spot to enjoy some family time. We brought our boat and the dock was perfect, easy access to enjoy plenty of time on the water fishing and snorkeling. The house had plenty of room for us all to spread out for some quiet time or gather together for movie night and games. Thank you for a memorable trip in your beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised to have an excellent dinner at the key colony inn restaurant on our last night on the island.

We’ve been to Key Colony multiple times. This was the perfect home for our group. We had kids of multiple ages, utilized the dock by renting a boat, the pool was clean, the house was updated, had quality bedding, furniture, appliances, etc. Cindy was very available for anything we needed. A really great house

Magical vacation in the Keys

We had an amazing week at this house! It had everything we needed for our group of 10 - extended family aged 5 to 80. We fished and kayaked from the dock, saw a sting ray and a manatee swim by, played in the pool multiple times a day, watched sunsets from the upstairs porch, walked and jogged around the neighborhood, enjoyed big meals together on the back deck. And the location was perfect for accessing snorkel and fishing trips, and exploring state parks like Bahia Honda and Curry Hammock. Cindy was helpful and easy to communicate with. The only downside was having to leave at the end of the week.

Why they chose this property

Being located towards the end of 13th st in KCB has a panoramic water view from the home. Also very private being at the end of the street. The end of the street also offers quick boat access to the Ocean and Bay trough Vaca Cut.

What makes this property unique

We have 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, water views from every room, a large kitchen that spills into the great room for family get-togethers. We also have a spacious lani with an outdoor TV for wathching sports when everyone else up North is watching the temperature drop. There is a pool with waterfall, plenty of outdoor seating, and a large dock to fit a couple of boats. We designed Paradiso Di Maria to fulfill our dreams and we believe she delivered. We love our new home and hope you will as well.
