We have created a tropical oasis where you will find everything you need for a large group! Just down the road from Sombrero Beach, this combined Waterfront Duplex features 8 Bedrooms, 6 Full Baths, 2 private swimming pools, indoor and outdoor dining, private dock space, and enough room for 18 to sleep! Located on a canal with enough room for 2 boats. Professionally decorated and finished with high end details. There are a total of 4 master suites & 4 guest rooms along with a pull out couch.

Each side of this combined Duplex features an open-concept coastal living and dining space, with balconies overlooking the pool area and amazing waterfront views. Our Keys Beach House has a total of 4 primary suites (Yes... 4 king beds) & 4 guest rooms. Two of the guest rooms feature Bunk Beds (Full and twin size bunks)... great for the kids to share. The other two guest rooms feature queen beds.

This amazing property also features plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat trailers. We also provide 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 2 grills... and so much more!!

A refundable damage deposit of $1500 will be held in your credit card used for booking for a period of 7 days, this hold of $1500 will commence 2 days prior to your checkout and will be in our custody for a period of 7 days. Subject to damages the relevant amount depending on the damage will be covered with the deposit and any remaining amount will be dispersed back to you card.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront home! It was perfect for the 12 adults staying and very comfortable. The items Ruth left as a welcome were so helpful in getting us started. Relaxing beside the 2 beautiful pools was our favorite part of the stay!

Our host, Ruth, was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The property was amazing and handled our group of 17 family members very well. The units were very well kept and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Ruth went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even provided snacks and breakfast items for our first morning. The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks! I would recommend this place very highly.

Beautiful!

The house was perfect for our parents 40th wedding anniversary. There were plenty of rooms and the property was perfect! The house was stocked with plenty of everything we needed along with fresh flowers and quite a few snacks and breakfast items which was quite a lovely surprise! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Exceptional vacation home

We scheduled this home for vacation for our whole family and we were not disappointed! It was clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you could want in a beach home. The host, Ruth, also had it stocked with snacks, some cold drinks, and even items for breakfast goodies. This vacation home truly is exceptional!

Excellent Stay.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Our host Ruth was amazing. We were stuck at the Key West airport because the car rental place was out of cars!! Ruth had snacks, chips, drinks, breakfast items waiting for us when we arrived. We had such a wonderful time and are so appreciative of Ruth. This location is perfect for a big group.

A Great Stay

We had 4 families that stayed in these units. It was plenty of room for all. The 2 Master Suites were very nice on each side. The house was very clean and they had many extras such as kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. The bikes were great because you could bike a short distance to the beach or even to the Publix at the end of the street. The boat dock worked out great and had plenty of room for 2 boats. Ruth, our host was great.

Amazing week!

The house was beautiful and spacious, good space for parking for a large group and even fit a boat trailer. Easy access to the boat ramp, we kept our boat at the dock behind the house. Ruth went out of her way to make us feel welcome with anything we needed! You could just show up with a bag of clothes. She knew we were having our thanksgiving and had roasting pans, casserole dishes along with anything you could think of. When we needed something it was taken care of immediately! We will definitely be back!

Spring break

We recently rented this property for spring break with 4 other families. Ruth was fantastic, responded immediately whenever we contacted her, helped us with recommendations, etc. The house is equipped with everything you could need in a kitchen, plenty of toiletries, beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, and bikes! There is a Publix and Winn Dixie right on the corner. We rented two boats and kept them docked at the house. If you’re boating, it is pretty far back in the canal and does take about 30 minutes to get out to the ocean. Overall we had a great stay and no complaints!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

Our family of 15 was celebrating Thanksgiving and anniversaries and the holiday and this property was absolutely excellent and more than we even expected. The house is modern and spacious and located on a beautiful canal with dock, two pools and so many amenities! Ruth is a fantastic host, stocking the house for that first day arrival in case you can't get to the stores nearby yourself that day. She was always quick to respond to questions or the couple of minor issues we had, for example raising the pool heater temperature a couple of degrees. Mid Marathon location is great for stores, restaurants, and things to do, including a great sandy beach just down the street from this property - we didn't even know there was such a nice sandy beach in the Keys but it was just what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity happens.

Family vacation

We rented both sides of this property for a summer vacation with a couple of other families ranging in age from 4 to 80 years old. The house had more than enough space to accommodate us and we never felt crowded. The interior of the house is decorated so nice and was clean top to bottom when we checked in. Ruth provided some snacks and starter foods which was a first of all my VRBO stays and much appreciated. We brought two boats and had plenty of dock space. The house has everything you need to cook and entertain. Plenty of beach towels were supplied for the pool. Grocery stores and restaurants are a very short car ride away (maybe a mile or two). Ruth was easy to reach and a great communicator. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a Keys vacation.

AWESOME PLACE

If you have a large group wanting to vacation in the Keys, this is the place for you! We had 15 in our group and it was more than accomidating. First things first, Ruth, our host was amazing. From the time we booked until the time we left she was 100% spot on. Outstanding communication before, during and after our trip. About the house, plenty of parking for 2 boat trailers as well as extra vehicles. The back yard(s) were big enough and the pools were great. On the dock, water and power for both slips. A grill, kayak, paddle board and bikes are right there. Plenty of room upstairs for our entire crew. When we arrived, there was a nice care package waiting for us with lots of goodies in the fridge and on the counter. There was someone there the evening before trash and recycle day to take the cans to the street. The porch has a hotel style door to access each side instead of going down stairs and back up which was really nice if you rent both sides. Location is really nice with Publix 3/4 of a mile one way and Sombrero beach a little over a mile the other way. Its about a 20 min idle out to open water if you have a boat which isnt bad at all. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for your hospitality!! If i could give more than 5 stars i would
