**PROPERTY OVERVIEW** This three bedroom two bath top floor corner unit built in 2015 is not only in the most desirable location of Bear Hollow Ridge, but also features, vaulted ceilings, top of the line fully equipped kitchen, cable TV plus high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, washer/dryer units, gas fireplace.
Includes heated underground reserve parking as well as a secured storage area with ski racks and shelving for your ski boots and other equipment. Located minutes away from Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts as well as restaurants and shopping. Free shuttle services to ski resorts, restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. Clubhouse includes swimming pool, large hot tub, gym and a business center with printers and computers.

Third Bedroom has a single over a full bunk bed and shared the bathroom with the second bedroom. **LOCATION** Excellent location in the Bear Hollow Community minutes to all ski resorts, shopping, events and restaurants. Easy access to the main highway in and out of town.
**GETTING AROUND** The free bus stops at the end of the bear hollow community. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town. A car may be optional for this location but not necessary. The shuttle service is excellent and runs throughout the year at no cost.
**AMENITIES** The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You'll find everything you need to make this condo your home away from home. Come relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and cable TV in main room and all bedrooms. Beautiful condo, very quiet area. We saw a moose out back off our balcony the first day. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Loved the decor. The only issue we had was the assigned parking space in the garage. There is a concrete support column in the way so it was a TIGHT fit with our Suburban. A smaller vehicle will fit fine. Really this place is a gem and we enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic!
My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, lots of birds, the wife and kids even saw Mama and 2 baby moose from the balcony. We had no neighbors until the last day and only heard them when we were on the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful family staycation!

Good Location, Poor Communication
The location and cleanliness of the unit was great. I was disappointed to find that there was a completely different couch than shown in the listing. Online there is a larger couch with a chase and in reality was a much smaller couch. At a minimum this could have been communicated previously.
I enjoyed the interface provided for information on the unit, though when I had reached out to see if we can get YouTube tv installed on the Roku (which needed a passcode) to watch the super bowl, my request was never answered. We also found out during the stay from other guests that there is a much closer hot tub than the one in the clubhouse that was mentioned in the listing.
Overall I enjoyed the stay and location, but the lack of communication leaves something to be desired.
The condo was super nice, very clean! It was missing a few things like measuring cups - but nothing crazy. The view was beautiful and the property manager was very helpful. The hot tub area was really dirty with trash and there was dirt in the actual hot tub that didn’t appear to be cleaned at all during our 4 day stay. The pool area was also really dirty and there is very little seating. They may have removed some seats for social distancing but it was very limited. We neglected to bring our own pool towels and they are not provided so make sure you pack some! Overall condo was fab but rest of the property could have been a little more clean. However, I would stay here again!
Overall a great place to stay. Very clean, beds comfortable, nice washer/dryer in unit, all TV's worked easily, heat was easy to adjust. Perfect size for our family if 5. Kitchen could be stocked a little better, bigger coffee pot or Keurig would be appreciated and a few more storage and serving dishes. Garage is tight if you have a large SUV, otherwise it is very convenient. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Top floor, end unit with beautiful views. Very quiet and private. We only saw a few residents our entire week. We had deer grazing feet from our balcony every night. Only five minutes from tons of shopping, restaurants, and the Olympic Park. Just 10 minutes from downtown Park City/Main Street.
The condo is spotless! Enough dishes/utensils for our family of four. Every room has a TV, comfortable beds.
Garage parking is great. Only note, if you’re driving anything larger than a small SUV, you’ll have to park outside. The spot for this unit is against a concrete pillar. Not an issue, just a note. We’d definitely stay again!

Great family stay
The property is great and perfect for our family of 5. Nice layout, good location close to Kimball Junction (tons of restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, etc) and less than 10 minute drive to Park City. This is a top floor unit, which means no noise from above;-) Clean, new, easy communication with host. Highly recommend and we would stay there again for sure!

Comfortable and cozy
The condo was clean and super comfortable, great location to the ski resorts, and easy check in to the unit. ..Unfortunately the heat was not turned on when we arrived, and it took all night for it to warm the unit to a comfortable degrees - should have been attended to earlier. However, Luke was very responsive when called. It would be helpful to have had more instructions in the unit like how to access clubhouse and hot tub but with another call to Luke, we managed to find it. Overall it suited our family of 5 very nicely.

Confortable and contemporary!
Great property. Couch, beds were comfortable. Very clean. Great space for our party of 6. Kitchen is well equipped and only missing few essentials. Great views and very private. Heated garage parking space and it has an elevator. Property management company was amazing! Incredibly quick to respond and very helpful.

Beautiful, mountain view, clean, no stairs.
We loved this condo. It's on the top floor with the balcony facing the Olympic Park area, its quiet and doesn't share walls with any other unit. Free heated parking is great. Shopping only a few mins away. Very clean which is super important to me. Spacious, we never felt cramped. Comfortable beds. I will stay here again. And next time I will use the BBQ on the balcony.
