Luxury Townhouse with HD 4k Projector Home Theater
LUXURY
From the wonderfully appointed kitchen to the elegant furnishings and art work to the glass shower and jetted bathtub... this is a very comfortable, relaxing environment.
The beds have exceptional mattresses, high thread count pima cotton sheets, and down pillows.
Park City water has wonderful water but it is very hard. So in 2019, we installed a special water purification and softening system. All water to the home Is filtered by a 10 micron carbon block and softened with a sodium-free water softening system.
We also installed in 2019 a new LG clothes washer that includes a special setting just for waterproof clothing.
ENTERTAINMENT
The 4K high definition projector provides a crystal clear 77' diagonal image with a calibrated 5.1 high end sound system. The HD cable with DVR let's you watch HD shows on your schedule. The Blu-Ray / DVD player really shows off the system best.
Please don’t book this property if you have difficulty working TV remotes. There is a remote to turn on the projector, a remote to operate the audio-visual receiver (volume, which input), and a remote for each input (Apple TV 4K, Blu-Ray, Direct TV). We are happy to assist with operating the system but if you are used to a very simple TV then you may have difficulty with the system.
CONVENIENT
Everything in this house is convenient. The washer/dryer are right next to the kitchen. You can watch the 6.5 foot diagonal projection screen from the kitchen sink and the dining table. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and spacious double sinks.
SAFETY
We were really shocked when we rented $1,500 mountain bikes and the bike rental shop didn't provide us locks to lock up the bikes. They didn't even have locks if we wanted them! We noticed that nobody in Park City locks their bikes. This is one small indicator of how relaxed and different Park City really is.
INTEGRAL GARAGE
The garage is on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the second floor. You access the garage from inside the house. So you aren't exposed to the snow when leaving from or coming to the house with your car.
There are equipment racks in the garage and right inside house. So your skis are at your fingertips without having to bring them into the house. And your boots stay in a warm area so they are nice to put on then next morning.

We truly enjoy this property & location. We have stayed here 2x and are rebooking for a third time. The location is super convenient for access to stores, yoga, gym, ski areas, etc. and the owners are very responsive & helpful.
Our family had a great time staying at this property in Park City. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and skiing. The property owner was great to work with and very helpful in getting us settled in. The property itself was super clean and very spacious. Great place for a family visiting Park City ski resort! Cozy atmosphere with nice decor. Well equiped kitchen. Loved the garage. Lots of snow during our stay but they kept the streets and even our porch cleared! Location is convenient for walking to shops and restaurants.
The property was exactly as outlined in the description with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The humidifier for the unit was great in helping to adjust to the altitude & dry air.
Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, stores, yoga, etc and very convenient to getting to the ski resorts.
The rental process was easy. I needed to adjust the dates and the host made it happen. The check in process was less than desirable, however the host worked it out for us. The property was well appointed and stocked. Easy access.
We stayed at this property for a family trip to Park City. There were 5 of us total, and the property was perfect for us. Very clean and great layout, while also spacious. The location was great, it was closer to the Canyons and Park City than I expected, and getting around was super easy. There are plenty of shops nearby (Marty's and Christy's for your ski needs, we rented from both). If you're looking to do a trip to Park City with a small group, I'd highly recommend this property. The price is right, and it was a great experience!
Don't overlook the improvements that Bill has made. It was great to have a Unit humidifier and and water softener in the dry Utah air. His big screen was a pleasure to watch and could be customized for my own streaming apps. Not driving is a preferred vacation for me and having groceries and so many take out options within walking distance made this month long visit very enjoyable. Will stay again.

We have made many upgrades that we could not find in vacation properties. Like a citrus (not salt) based water softening system (Ok, it was 5 times the price of a salt unit but much healthier). And a good humidifier has changed our experience visiting one of the driest climates on earth. HEPA filters for dust, pollution, and virus reduction.
Maybe we can get some other VRBO homeowner to do similar things for when we rent beach properties. :-)
Very nice condo with excellent location to eateries, grocery store, and ski rentals
This was a very nice 2 bedroom condo with a very convenient location to shops and restaurants.. We rented our ski / snowboard equipment at Marty’s which is walking distance from the condo. It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive to Park City ski resort also which was the primary reason for our trip. It was clean and all appliances were provided and working with no issues. Plenty of bathroom and closet space. We would stay here again. Host was very nice and responsive and answered any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay at the condo.
We have done extensive research on this review. We talked to the manager of the cleaning firm who then interviewed the cleaners. They said they did their usual thorough cleaning job.
We had an extended 7 week stay in Park City and this townhome was the perfect spot for us. We enjoyed the proximity to shops and restaurants. The bed was super comfy. We loved having a garage - the car and our bikes were always right there when we needed them. We had a few issues when we first arrived but the landlord was very responsive to our concerns. We happened to be there during a very hot spell and we were thrilled to have air conditioning.
Overall the property met our expectations for comfort and ease of access to Park City area, and the I-80 corridor to SLC and up to Snow Basin. A couple minor maintenance issues were inconveniences but no show stoppers. The internet connection in the Snyderville area pops in and out and is effected by the weather, and we were unable to figure out how to get the dishwasher to run full cycle all the time; sometimes it would run perfectly, only to then seem to not want to run (would start and then just stop mid-cycle).
Overall, a memorable stay in a beautiful area! Thanks!

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re sorry the dishwasher was giving you trouble. Because of your dishwasher problems we installed a new Bosch dishwasher in June.
We loved the convenience of night tables on either side of the bed, plus the great reading lamps; spacious chest of drawers, large closet, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, large washer and dryer. The livingroom, dining room kitchen with breakfast bar for 2 was perfect for us, not to mention the guest bedroom and bathroom. Perhaps the very best feature is the location, within walking distance of any and everything one could need or want.
Perfect spot, perfect place. We needed help to get in after a long drive and the owner responded immediately and was extremely accommodating. Perfect especially for covid having our own place. This is in a perfect spot.

Our family of five (3 young adults with 2 parents) stayed here during the pandemic for 5 days. You can walk to Marty's ski rentals from this location. Super easy. Book ahead. Garage fits a minivan nicely. Full size washer and dryer were great so you can pack lightly. Lots of great grocery shopping nearby so you can cook at home and avoid the risk of eating at a restaurant. Ample kitchen supplies. Great carry out available locally-Vessel. There will be outdoor noise from snow removal. Also when owner remodels would eliminate the wall to wall carpet in the master bathroom. Central location for multiple resorts and hikes. Overall super stay.
Overall this was a nice place to stay during our trip to Sundance. The shopping and restaurants in walking distance or short drive are great, loved having a garage to park in, the shuttle to Park City was a short walk too and convenient! Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The projector is a nice touch and we had a nice time sitting by the fireplace relaxing with a movie. More of a tip than a complaint- A SleepMachine or white noise maker in the bedrooms would overcome or diffuse the sound travel between the rooms. Not much of an issue at night when everyone turns in at a similar time, but difficult to nap during the day as voices are very easily heard.

Would highly recommend this property - location is right behind the shops - very quiet but easy to walk to anything where in Kimball junction. The décor is lovely and the beds super comfortable. The great thing about this property is that while it is a town house - you do not have anyone below or above you. We have stayed in other places in Kimball where this is not the case and it can be a bit noisey with people moving around above or below you - not with this property. Really well designed.
Exceptional service and responsiveness from owner - we had a little hiccup at the beginning of our stay - and Bill could not have been more helpful and responsive. He was available via email and phone - and made sure that everything as sorted out and then some. Hugely appreciated and very impressive. Hope to be back later this year to stay at this excellent property. Thanks Bill.

This is the cutest place to stay. The best location ever! Right near stores, restaurants, and groceries with only a 5 minute drive to the slopes! Decorated so cute too. A bit like a lodge but not over done. Very comfy beds, jet tub for after skiing, fireplace, big screen to relax while projecting a movie and everything you need in the kitchen. Bill was amazing! Very easy to get a hold of and there for anything you need. There's even an open court yard in the back to build a great snowman! My family and I had a fantastic vacation and stay here. We will definitely be back!!!

A family that loves their time in Park City.
Why they chose this property
After looking at many ski in/ski out properties in Park City our two daughters demanded that we only consider this place. The ski in/ski out properties are great in the morning getting on the slopes. However after skiing everybody is stuck in an isolated area. At this property we ski all day, pick up the family right next to the lifts, and then are 30 yards from all the best activities and restaurants in town. This particular unit had a great layout. We've stayed in others but this layout just worked better for us because:
* the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo instead of right next to each other (peace for parents)
* there is a one car garage (no clearing the car after the copious Utah powder falls all night)
* the path from the garage to the unit is all inside (no trudging through snow after a hard day of skiing)
* the corner unit means there are lots of windows with light everywhere
What makes this property unique
First, this property has a great layout. The master bedroom and the second bedroom are on opposite sides of family room. This allows Mom and Dad to get some peace and privacy when away from the kids. Second, we really hate vacation hotels and condos with tiny TVs. We enjoy watching movies after a day skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, etc. So as soon as we purchased this property we invested in a custom home theatre installation. There is now a large 1080P HD LCD TV in the master bedroom. And a very large screen 4K front projector with an incredible sound system in the family room. Seems a bit silly with a movie theatre 200 feet away, but we really enjoy the private viewing.
