Welcome to our exceptionally clean, modern, & well-maintained first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation condo located just a few miles from Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. No reason to carry groceries, luggage or golf clubs up flights of stairs. There is no elevator here. With convenient free parking right outside the door, this rental is set up for an easy vacation! Perfect for those with limited mobility.

The Avalon is a gated condominium complex with a 200’ walk to a beautiful, resort-style, heated swimming pool. The property has a barbecue area and 24/7 exercise room. Located within walking distance to a grocery store, local favorite - Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Minutes from beautiful award-winning white sand beaches, Pier 60 ,Sand Key, 5 miles to Indian Rocks, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

This condo is an 1100 sq. ft. split floor plan which allows for two private bedrooms perfect for sharing with family or another couple. Comfortable, clean, private, screened-in patio with ceiling fan & lighting for outdoor relaxation.

Living room has a comfortable couch and reclining theater seat for two. Enjoy free high speed internet, a 55" flat screen TV with HDMI cable, bluetooth sound bar and a DVD player. Sit on bar stools at the well-lit 18 inch counter which has plenty of outlets for your computers, phones and electronics. Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with water on the door. Keurig & drip style coffee makers, toaster and blender are available. Cabinets are fully-stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and queen bed. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as a hair dryer. Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Two clean & modern bathrooms: Tiled walk-in 5’ shower with bench seat off the master bedroom & tiled shower & tub in the guest bathroom - both with grab bars for safety.

Heading to the beach? There are beach chairs, beach towels, & coolers provided.

Also, provided for you: a starter supply of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper products, etc.

The Avalon was a nice place to stay. The pool was great and very close to the room. Bedrooms and closets were large and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. The location is close to many stores and restaurants, easy to drive in the area. Good communication with owner.

Clearwater Getaway

Very convenient and secure location. Easy access to Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa and everything in between! The condo was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We found it well supplied and perfect for two couples. Communication with our host, Wayne, was outstanding! He was very easy to contact and incredibly gracious and helpful. Would definitely stay here on our next Florida visit.

Great space, gorgeous pool, has everything, would definitely book again

Large property, beautiful shaded grounds, large pool, exercise room. Layout has a bedroom and bath at each end, large living room with big screen TV, great kitchen with an astounding assortment of items like a Keurig and a coffee pot, blender, crock pot, utensils, etc. Already recommended this to a number of friends. Owners were really helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.

Place was adequite but mechanical issues on 2 days was surprising and we had to move. Pool was great, house instructions were too limited, lack clarity. Overall fine but nuisance items were disappointing. Usually good vrbo experiece, this one a bummer.

Amazing Location - A MUST Stay

My family of 4 enjoyed an AMAZING trip to Clearwater, FL and loved this condo. It has a awesome location to the main Clearwater Beach/Pier 60 (10 min drive). Your also very close to Tampa International Airport if your flying in. We enjoyed adventuring out to Indian Rocks beach as well which was a very close 15 min drive which you MUST go to the beach is beautiful with close walk to the beach and less crowded than Clearwater. The Condo is near so many great restaurants and grocery stores (Walmart, Aldi, Publix). We highly recommend Haciendas for Mexican and Christianos for #18 Best pizza in the US (and that's not a lie it's amazing)/ they have very affordable Italian dishes and even Gelato. We enjoyed the Florida Botanical Garden (free admission), Calypso Queen Lunch Cruise (a must do), and Tarpon Springs Day trip (good eats and shopping). We loved how clean the condo was and very well equipped in the kitchen. The first floor spot makes it quick and convenient from the car. We loved the close location to the complex pool which is gorgeous after a fun day at the beach to relax. This place also had PLENTYof beach stuff like towels, beach toys, boogie boards, nice quality chairs (4 at least), pool noodles, and deluxe full size cooler on wheels. Shout out to the owners brother John for an amazing stay between being so friendly, he was quick to help change the batteries in the smoke detector, awesome food recommendations, and by the end of the week we were friends. Would definitely stay again for a future Clearwater trip!

Nice condo just 10 minutes from spectacular beaches

Aside from renovation work on the building that began when we arrived, the condo was well appointed and comfortable. We took advantage of the beach chairs supplied with the condo on our trips to the beach. The pool is very nice with plenty of poolside chairs and tables. Abe's Grill and Tavern was a pleasant surprise just steps from the property and we were regulars (well, Dad was) by the time we left.

Upon arriving I was very pleased with how clean the condo was. Wayne, the owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The check in process was very easy. The location was also great being within walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants and parks. The pool was also a great added bonus. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing Condo

This was a beautiful condo. Kitchen was awesome with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. 2 bedroom 2 bath was great. Screened-in outdoor patio was nice too. Pool was extremely large and well kept as was the condo. We would definitely recommend this condo and will definitely be a repeat customer. GREAT VACATION!

During one of the vacations we rented a condo at the Avalon instead of renting a hotel room. The condo rental was economical compared to hotel costs and was great for the family to stretch-out and relax . We fell in love with the location due to the close proximity to Clearwater Beach, Major League baseball spring training games, great local resturants and the Avalon resort style gated community. We decided to purchase a vacation condo at the Avalon and we believe in providing the same experience that we had to other vacationing families.
