Enjoy sunsets and comfort in Royal Dream, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up building in The Avalon. Perfect for up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed and TV; the second bedroom has two double beds. Living room features two sofas (one queen sleeper), dining table, and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils.
Included Amenities:
• Washer and dryer
• Bed linens, bath towels, 6 beach towels
• Beach gear: umbrella, chairs, cooler
• High-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, unlimited US/Canada calls
• Free on-site parking

The Royal Dream was the perfect place for our family of four’s trip to the beach! The condo was extremely clean, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach supplies. We loved every minute and would stay again! Communication with the owners was great!

We had a great stay at this condo!. The place was spotless, beautiful decorated and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything I needed and the location was perfect. Amazing property!

This is an amazing property to stay at while visiting in Clearwater. It was clean and ready when promised. The decor is so fun and beachy which made us feel like we were on vacation every morning when we woke up. The owners were amazing to work with and the communication was on point every time. Nice accommodations for the area. Fairly priced, clean and comfortable. Advertising was accurate. Might be helpful to some potential guests to advise that unit is on third floor with no elevator. We were all ok with the steps.

Great owners and great location! So helpful with recommendations and responsive to all questions. We truly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The grounds and pool were well kept and quiet. The owners supplied everything you need for cooking meals and even a trip to the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and small cooler). The condo itself was super clean. All of us had our own space and the balcony was shaded and relaxing. Highly recommend staying at the Royal Dream!
