Waterfront Cabin on the scenic Toccoa River, located in the heart of the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Fish for trout in the river behind the cabin, or hike the trails in the ridgeline right across the river. This large cabin features 3 spacious bedrooms all having 3 full bathrooms either attached or just across the hall. The open concept kitchen, dining and family room creates lots of space for gathering. The kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, gas stove and plenty of cupboard space. The dining area seats 6 at the hand built wooden table plus offers 4 stools at the counter. The living area includes a reclining sofa, reclining chair and bench. All of the seating faces a new 55" flat screen smart TV mounted on the mantle above a room warming gas log fireplace. Wrap around porches offer plenty of seating on two levels for sunning or river watching. A section of the porch off the main level bedroom, has been screened and features a beautiful outdoor gas fireplace for relaxing evening fires. The main level bedroom contains a full queen bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom across the hall with vanity, toilet, full tub and standup shower stall. Upper level contains a full sitting loft area above the family room. Master bedroom off the loft features a full-sized king bed, closet, private balcony and private full bathroom. This bathroom also contains a vanity, toilet, full sized tub and standup shower stall. Lower basement level includes a large game room with ping pong table. Flat screen Smart TV mounted on the wall has hookup inputs for game consoles you might bring for your video games. Lower bedroom features 2 twin beds, carpeted floors, Jack and Jill closets and another full bathroom just down the hall. This bathroom features vanity, toilet and full bathtub with shower head. Also located on this level is the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. This cabin is large and modern and offers a lot of room for both indoor and outdoor gathering space for friends and family to share. Don't be disappointed in your cabin rental choice. A very special property, great owner

Rental was super easy and the property was exactly as advertised. The river frontage is fantastic and the fishing was great. Very thoughtful in providing information to guests and was clean and a great stay.

It’s a beautiful, spacious, 3 story cabin with communal and private spaces. Wi-Fi access: easy to connect phone, tricky to use TV. We only managed to play videos. The woodsy setting with a big lawn and a river can’t be beat. Sea Creek Falls is close by - bring your river shoes, and take the kids.

Great weekend getaway

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the house and how well maintained it was. Wishing we could have spent more time there enjoying the peace and calmness that comes with being in the mountains. The house info is accurate and Richard is a responsive host.

Guys fishing trip

Everything from the checking in process to the info provided from the property owner was incredible. It was easily the best kept and cleanest rental I’ve ever been a part of. The communication from the owner was incredibly detailed. Access to three different fishing areas and the fact that the Toccoa river was in our back yard was the best part. Solid host and an incredible rental, we will certainly be back.

Perfect Getaway

Our family has stayed at this cabin three times now. It is exactly as described. We love that it is right on the river and is in the forest. If you want to get away from everything this place is perfect. The only call out we have is to make sure you bring what you need. Aside from a convince store it is a 30-45 minute trip to get to a conventional grocery store, but we love that as well.

Wonderful Cabin

Great cabin! Quiet location! Wonderful stay! The only issue we had was that the basement shower was inoperable (the handle was completely disconnected), and when I reached out to the homeowner, I never received a response. We made necessary adjustments to accommodate our family, but it was disappointing never to even receive a reply after multiple messages. Fabulous experience otherwise!

Lovely Cabin!

We had the BEST time at this cabin. It is in a beautiful rustic setting and the interior is very clean and nicely decorated. It is well maintained, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with lots of room to spread out and there are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy including several screened in and not screened in decks. The owner was super helpful in steering us to fun things to do near the cabin which we really appreciated. The location is between several little towns we visited so it was convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. We will definitely stay in this cabin again. We had a GREAT time. I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to stay in this area, you will love it.

Great cabin, centrally located.

Great cabin and location! If you like to fish, this is the spot. River runs right behind the house. Great place to let the little lady sleep while you cast a fly or lure in the morning. Centrally located between Blue Ridge and Dahlonega for plenty of town excursions. Cabin is one of the most well thought out floor plans we have stayed in. There is bathrooms close to all sleeping areas. Plenty of room to relax with the family. Each floor has outside access and porches and sitting areas for relaxing. We just love the cabin and location. We will be back! 🤠

My wife and I have lived in North Georgia for over 30 years. We were the first to see this cabin come onto the market and bought it immediately. We enjoy our time here in the mountains and stay as often as possible. When we can't be here, we enjoy sharing this remarkable cabin with guests.

Very modern and spacious cabin. Riverfront location with hiking, waterfalls and outdoor fun within minutes. Lots of cabins around to choose from, but few that are this nice with so many amenities.
