There are two bedrooms, a king-size bedroom and a ground-floor twin serviced by a first floor bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail and a ground floor cloakroom. The sitting room has a open fire, there is also a kitchen and dining room. The amenities include electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside there is off-road parking for up to 3 cars and an enclosed rear garden arranged over several levels, with lawn, decked areas and outdoor furnitur, a Shepherd’s hut with decked seating area, day bed and fridge. Pet-friendly – maximum of two dogs accepted. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Set in the heart of Winterborne Stickland, within easy walking distance of the village pub and surrounded by countryside in a National Landscape (formerly AONB). The area offers excellent walking and cycling routes, with the River Stour just a few miles away. Nearby farm shops provide fresh local produce, and Houghton Springs Trout Farm offers the opportunity to purchase freshly caught trout for a relaxed supper. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP.
