A mere two-minute stroll from the front door leads you to the breathtaking white powdery sands of Indian Rocks Beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unlike the bustling tourist hub of Clearwater Beach just a few miles north (rated the #6 beach in the US for 2022), IRB offers a serene residential beach town experience.

Free from the tourist frenzy, IRB is a peaceful island community, providing a tranquil escape while remaining close enough to Clearwater for those seeking livelier surroundings.

Sandy Feet Cottage has undergone a complete renovation due to Hurricane Helen, transforming it into a luxurious vacation retreat. Every detail of this private duplex home has been tastefully renovated, upgraded and decorated. The interior features all-new furniture, creating a bright and airy ambiance in the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas, as well as in the spacious bedroom and spa-like bathroom.

The cottage comes with a generously sized private backyard, including a hammock and bicycles. Sandy Feet Cottages has its own private patio equipped with relaxing chairs, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, offering an ideal space for relaxation.

Just a quick 2-minute walk away are the beach, local restaurants, bars, and shops. Beach essentials such as chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a day at the beach.

***** Bookings are accepted for guests 25 years or older only

***** Security cameras are placed outside at the front door and back gate entrance of the property for your peace of mind and additional security.

Please note that calendar changes are not possible for travelers arriving within 4 weeks of their due date, and cancellation policies will apply.

Upon arrival, guests are encouraged to 'check in' on the cottage iPad, loaded with information and suggestions about the area, including trash day pick-up and codes for the complimentary beach box stocked with essentials for a fun day at the beach.
