Whether you’re gathering around the large wooden dining table for a shared meal, kicking back in the generous lounge with Freesat TV, or enjoying a morning coffee at the kitchen breakfast bar, there’s space for everyone to feel right at home.

Outdoors, the enclosed patio features ample seating and a BBQ - ideal for al fresco dining on warmer days. Unwind in the shared hot tub as the sun sets or head out to the nearby walking and cycle trails that start right from your doorstep. Adventure seekers will love the local mountain biking centres and quirky village events like the Man Versus Horse race and bog snorkelling!

- 5 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 1 4ft queen-size, 1 single, 1 twin and 1 family room (4 single beds)
- 2 bathrooms – 1 family bathroom with shower over the bath, 1 en-suite shower, 1 separate WC downstairs
- Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing / dryer
- Electric storage heaters included
- TV with Freesat
- Wi-Fi included
- Telescope available
- Cot and highchair avaliable
- Front courtyard and patio with picnic tables and BBQ, lawned garden
- Off-road parking for several cars
- Electric Cars - If you wish to charge electric car please discuss with owner
- Secure bike storage and bike washing facilities
- 2 dogs welcome- due to livestock in surrounding fields, dogs need to be kept under control at all times
- Indoor hot tub shared with 4 other cottages on site. Available between 10am-5pm and time slots must be booked. No extra charge for hot tub use but please note it may be closed at any time due to maintenance/services/government restrictions
- Part of a small complex which can be booked together to accommodate a total of 29 people
- Nearest pubs and shops - Llandovery 5.5 miles, Llanwrtyd Wells 7 miles or 2 country pubs in Rhandirmwyn (4 miles)
- CCTV operated at entrance to property & car park
