Das Haus ist alt, und ich glaube nicht, dass heutzutage noch etwas repariert wird. Die Toilette läuft ständig, die Wasserhähne tropfen und die Türen sind schief. Manche Betten waren in Ordnung, andere weniger. Die Hygiene ließ zu wünschen übrig; die 200 € für die Reinigung scheinen verschwendet zu sein. Die Küche ist dreckig, überall liegen schmutzige, benutzte Putzlappen herum und es ist staubig. Der Toilettensitz ist sauber, aber der Rest? Der Vermieter ist freundlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende; es hat geschneit, sodass die Kinder viel Spaß hatten.

Undichte Stellen an Amaturen und Hausdach, uralter Dreck fast überall!!! keine funktionierende Heizung, nur Radiatoren. (auch nicht in jedem Raum.) Geräte und Möbel heruntergekommen oder gar nicht vorhanden. Air Hockey & Schaukel im Garten. Erdgeschoss sollte ebenerdig bzw barrierefrei sein. Ein Schlafzimmer (verbunden mit dem anderen Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss) ist ebenerdig, das andere und das einzige Bad im EG kann man nur über zwei Stufen erreichen. Dort sind allerdings auch die Fliesen defekt. Die Stufe am Eingang ist defekt und auch viel zu hoch. Barrierefrei ist das nicht! Die Betten in einigen Zimmern sind alle sehr eng gestellt. WC Sitz defekt. Bilder und Beschreibung sind irreführend!

Das, was da war, funktionierte nicht, obwohl wir es während des Aufenthalts selbst gemacht hatten Einige davon fielen von der Decke, wir hatten großes Glück, denn zu der Zeit schliefen zwei Leute darunter. Als wir das untersuchten, sahen wir, dass dieser Teil der Decke mit Klebeband befestigt war und das Holz bereits verrottet Als wir dies dem Besitzer meldeten, schien es, als sei er recht milde damit umgegangen. Zum Glück war der Rest der Woche sicher.

Das Haus braucht dringend eine Sanierung!!!!!!!!!!!

Der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mann. Das Haus ist nicht schlecht. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, war das eine Katastrophe. Überall Spinnen, Staub, schimmel..... im Wohnzimmer hat es richtig gestunken (man konnte es kaum noch aushalten). Das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Das schlimmste war, dass von der Decke das Wasser tropfte. Man hat auch gesehen, dass das nicht das erste Mal war, weil da schon gelbe Flecken waren. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir nicht richtig gespült haben!!!!!! Bitte???? Was kann man da fasch machen? Wir mussten schon 2 Eimer drunterstellen. Unsere Eltern sind früher nach Hause fahren, weil man da nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Was wir auch schlimm fanden, dass das Problem mit dem Wasser schon bekannt war, konnte aber nicht behoben werden, weil das Haus ständig ausgebucht ist. Also wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen und er zeigte uns das gesamte Haus. Das große Wohnzimmer mit bequemen und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie dem angegliederten Essbereich und die große Küche, entsprachen unseren vollständigen Vorstellungen. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodaß man die nahe, gut befahrene Straße, kaum hört. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in dieser Größenordnung, unschlagbar. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses, vor allem die Küche, würden wir als einzigen Mangel auflisten. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal in dieses Haus.

Die Unterkunft war okay. Die Zimmer sind gut augeteilt. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind geräumig. Leider fehlte es an Sauberkeit, vorallem in der Küche und den Bädern. Das Geschirr im Schrank war dreckig und die Gläser kleben im Regal. Vieles war defekt, zum Beispiel die Schiebetüren der Bäder, sowie die Konsolen. Der Air-Hockey war gar nicht erst vorhanden :/. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr schlecht. Teilweise hat man gar keine Antwort bekommen, oder man hat aneinander vorbei geschrieben.... Der Besitzer spricht auch nur französisch. Noch einmal würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht buchen.

Maison de vacances agréable

La maison est agréable et cosy. Nous avons bien profité du jardin. La quantité de salle de bain et de WC est optimal. Il y a du confort et du matériel. Une telle location mériterait , cependant, d'être mieux entretenue.

Huis is oud en het dak lekt, tevens schimmel. Op de website van belvilla stond aangegeven dat er sprake was van cv maar deze deed het niet. Er waren diverse kachels geplaatst dus het leek erop dat de cv al langer defect was. Dit had dan ook op de website vermeld kunnen/ moeten worden. Het opgegeven nummer van de huiseigenaar bestond niet. Dit was ook het enige nummer dat Belvilla had dus contact met de eigenaar ivm aankomst was niet mogelijk. Al met al een mindere ervaring. Daarbij vind ik het zeer vreemd dat dit huis zo’n goede beoordelingen heeft gekregen.

Très très bien 😊 nous avons passé un bon séjour, maison comme sur la description, propriétaire disponible et très agréable, chouettes ballades à faire aux environs et ligne de bus juste à côté de la maison pour ceux non motorisés. Je recommande.
