Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath, Heated Pool, Minutes from the Ocean

This home is a newly remolded three bedroom two bath single family home. Providing you with luxry and relaxation is our goal. The master suite opens up to the heated pool and has an amazing king size bedroom set. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bedroom set perfect for another couple or large family. The 3rd bedroom is nicely decorated with two twin beds. The couch is a new sectional suitable for additional sleeping space for teens and children in a pinch. Additionally, we keep an extra queen sized air-mattress in the closet so the house can accommodate up to 10. There is a new 54" smart TV in the great room, a 40" in the master bedroom, and a 32" TV in bedroom 2. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet included. There are several restaurants/bars close. Tons of recreational activities close as well; Fishing on the world famous Sebastian Inlet, Skydiving, Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge and Park , Riverboat Ecological Tours, Beautiful Beaches only minutes away.


Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-No animals are allowed in the pool (if applicable), a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
