Kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee filters (which we forgot to bring). The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing! We will definitely stay here again
Great place to unwind and enjoy the view. Plenty of entertainment options in the house and in town. The hot tub was a nice touch. Excellent communication with the owners.
Beautiful home in the perfect location. House has everything you could ever need to spend time in Northern Arizona. Close enough to town but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Will definitely be staying here again.
We loved the great space and thoroughly enjoyed having the game room area for pool and ping pong in the evening. Great host! Great place to stay just a little outside the busy downtown area.
This was our second time staying with our two friends and we had an excellent time. The house is perfectly equipped for all ages

The host was very nice and quickly fixed the issue with the natural gas when the boiler went out, but we did not have hot water or heat for one night. The house was a nice lay out, but there were some issues. I didn’t like that there was not a TV in the main room. The carpet in the bathroom was unappealing. The main issue was the home had a strong odor. I don’t know if it was from the hot tub inside or the cleaning supplies, but I would not recommend this home for anyone that is sensitive to smells or chemicals.

This rental situation was unfortunate from the start.
Our guests requested an early check-in, which we were able to provide (as we do whenever possible), yet inconsiderately they arrived much later at their convenience.
Upon arrival, the guests called to state that the house had a chemical smell. We explained that the hot tub had been treated and the house had been cleaned & disinfected, as it is prior to each guest arrival.
The guest then called right back to complain that there was no TV in the main part of the house. We gently told them that there were several other TVs, the largest in the media room.
We explained that the main part of living space was to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain. They strongly disagreed!
The guests threatened to leave immediately and we agreed to refund them the remaining nights. The guests took the night to discuss and chose to stay, stating they would air out the house.
Regrettably, later the next night the boiler system went out. The repair man was there first thing the next morning and immediately resolved the issue.
Again, we generously offered to refund all but the one night, but they opted to stay.
With over 175 “5”star reviews, it is apparent that we strive for excellence- this just happened to be an unpleasant situation.
Very nice and quiet area. Great views of mountains and overall excellent property for a multiple guest outing to flagstaff area. Great property and owners were easy to communicate with regarding arrival and property exit.
Great property with lots of entertaining amenities and great location for Snowbowl. The neighborhood was quite and made the evenings peaceful. Communication with the property owner could have been a little better but overall it was a good experience.
The house was beautiful and very large. My party of 8 had no problems being very comfortable. Very close to Snowbowl! Owner was very responsive throughout the process!
Great house and very comfortable. It was an ideal location for us to ski and snowboard all weekend at SnowBowl. Close to Flagstaff for shopping and eating out too. Hot tub was such a nice treat after a day on the slopes 😊
The house was even bigger than it looked on the listing and so we were pleasantly surprised that we all had plenty of space. The view is breathtaking and the games upstairs entertained my boys the entire time. We loved it here and hope to stay again the next time we visit flagstaff!
We loved staying at this home for our Arizona vacation. Waking up to beautiful views of Humphrey’s Peak each morning, centrally located for travel to Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, and Sedona. Close to Flagstaff, but away from the noise and traffic. Spacious home, well stocked kitchen, and a wood burning stove for those chilly nights.
We stayed in this home which was near to our friend's wedding venue. We were supposed to be traveling with our 4 daughters, but last minute had to change plans and ended up having 3 other couples stay with us. The house had so much community space and allowed everyone to have their own private space, too. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. We couldn't have been happier with the location and the fun (ping pong and a pool table) that this home provided. We were out of the hustle of the town, but near enough that getting to restaurants and shops was quick and easy.
We loved all of the fun extras at this house—pool and ping pong and the hot tub! It was nice to have things the kids could do at the house after a full day of skiing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish we could've stayed longer. Open floor plan and no big TV's in the downstairs living room created a family bonding atmosphere, where games were played and meals enjoyed together.
