Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy 3-bedroom retreat is designed for making memories. Spend your days hiking scenic trails, biking through the forest, skiing at Arizona Snowbowl, or exploring nearby Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Then return home to soak in the hot tub on the covered patio and enjoy the quiet beauty of the pine forest.

At over 7,000 feet in elevation, you'll enjoy fresh mountain air, cooler temperatures, and Flagstaff's beautiful four-season climate. During the winter months, gather around the wood-burning stove for a warm and cozy mountain experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s Cabin. Paula and Rodrigo very kindly let us check in early on arrival to Flagstaff. The house was very clean and well-stocked with extras. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar! It is very conveniently located and easy to get around Flagstaff. We definitely plan to return and would highly recommend Kathy’s Cabin!

Great Place!

A great little spot to stay in Flagstaff. The hot tub was clean and a lovely place to wind down. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the things you need to make a nice dinner. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The property was within reasonable driving distance to Coconino National Forest, Grand Canyon, Aspen Forest, Bearizona, Sedona, and Slide Rock State Park— all of which we had the pleasure of visiting. One of our favorite features was the hot tub—it was the perfect way to unwind after a very long hike. The property also offered plenty of space for our family of five, so everyone felt comfortable without feeling crowded.Communication from the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!
