It is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, airfryer and TV, having a dining table and chairs. The utility room is off the kitchen and has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and tumble dryer. Down the hall from the kitchen there is a shower room with a double corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. The good size lounge has two comfortable sofas plus footstools, there is a woodburner within a brick built chimney breast and exposed timber bessemer beam, exposed timber beams to the ceiling and a smart TV.
