Nice condo

Everything was really nice! The furniture was nice but hard time getting out once you get in. My husband has weak legs and couldn’t get out. Other than that it was really nice!

Absolutely wonderful condo with the most beautiful view and a fantastic location!

We loved our stay! The condo was absolutely perfect for us! The pool was nice and warm and the view of the ocean was breathtaking! It was also in such a great location! Tons of things to do and places to eat within miles. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful getaway

We celebrated our 31 years of marriage in comfort and beauty. Even over a holiday weekend, everything was great. The best benefit was the assigned parking lot in the garage. No fighting for space with others.

Love this building and the unit was gorgeous! Stay for the view/location!

This building is in a perfect, quiet location only a quick drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. Beach is gorgeous and next to a beach area you can drive into. Unit was roomy and gorgeous and super clean. My only "wish" would be to provide a broom for sweeping during the stay.

Clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels and toiletries. I’d recommend that you let guests know that the washer and dryer are in the exterior storage closet. I had to call customer service to get the code for the keys and was delighted that my call was answered promptly and very curtiously

Very Nasty

The room was awesome but it was filthy, the bathroom rugs were horrible and had not been cleaned probably since they were new, first thing I did was remove them and put them in the closet. Thank goodness I brought Lysol wipes so I could wipe the kitchen down, The room itself was very nice but some one needs to give it a good cleaning and get rid of the filthy rugs.

Beautiful rental

The beds were comfortable. The view of the beach is gorgeous! I loved watching the sunrise from our unit. Plenty of towels. Everything was thought of in this unit. As others had mentioned, the laundry room is just outside the main door across the hall. We utilized the chairs and 1 boogie board. The other was already broken. This was great for us because we were limited on car space with several items needed for my Mom and had to forgo bringing our beach gear. Some of the athletic equipment needs to be replaced. Several items were not working. This is nothing on the property owner, but on the facility as a whole. Two things that could be improved for future guests, it would be to provide the second code to the main door & improving checkout. Both times I contacted the property mgmt company and they assisted us. They were very responsive. We are longtime campers, but had to seek a different route, since my mom (who has limited mobility) was with us. The 2 elevators were fast and spacious. The step in showers were easy for her to get in and out of. The toilets were low, but we brought her elevated toilet seat which fit perfectly. She was able to move around with ease with her walker. She had not been to the beach since the 1960’s and loved this rental with the views! This is my first Vrbo experience and it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this rental and this location and would return again, as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good security. Not so good cleanliness.

Property location is wonderful. Security entering the building outstanding. Lobby and staff at property location were great. Everyone we encountered on-site (fellow tenants and staff) were super friendly. Pros: Security, location, on-site management Cons: No access code published for entering building upon arrival. Dirty towels left from previous tenants. Kitchens towels-1 dish towel, 1 drying towel. Requested more. Received bathroom towels instead of kitchen towels. Countertops and table were not clean. No blankets for beds. (We purchased our own) Mold in master shower. Laundry room- no light Most concerning- broken exposed outlet in bedroom behind bunk beds. We discovered this the night before we left. Outlet sparked- fire hazard? On-sight manager entered condo in a very timely manner to investigate. So we felt good that future tenant would not be entering a possible fire hazard. And we were thankful the outlet did not cause bodily harm while we were there. (Our grandchildren slept in that room.) Condo should have been much cleaner. Host and service fees totaled $669.00. Expected much more in upkeep and cleanliness. We have reached out to property management company and are hopeful that we may be refunded a portion of the very high fees we paid.

Amazing property, no communication

The property is amazing. The owners of the property have every appliance you could want, extra towels, extra blankets. Thanks to a previous review, I knew that the laundry was across the hall. In the laundry room was beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards etc. It was absolutely wonderful!! The Shores pool is heated which was a wonderful bonus. THANK YOU hosts, the extras were absolutely wonderful and the property is gorgeous!!!! We would definitely stay again. Some other helpful information: 1. The keys to the property are kept on a DIFFERENT property. It was a 17 minute drive (one way) without traffic to pick up and drop off the keys. The address is clearly marked on the check in document, but we are not familiar with Daytona so didn’t realize until after the 4:00 check in time. The extra 40 min drive after a day of traveling kind of sucked with 3 hungry kids. 2. The property manager will not reply to any questions via VRBO ever. 3. We did not get our check-in information. They said it was sent but even after scouring my email, the email did not come up. Luckily, I had saved our contract and was able to find a corporate number that was able to send me the info about 2hrs before check-in. I had sent a VRBO message a couple days before but no response. There is no front desk at the property so no one for help if we had not gotten the check in information. 4. The locks to the sliding doors to the balcony are under the handle and right at eye level for my 3 year old. There are no extra locks on top. Thank goodness he showed no interest but it is something to be aware of since it’s a 7th floor balcony! Again, the property and owners were wonderful. We were able to see watch the sunrise and watch dolphins on the balcony and search for crabs at night . It is a vacation that my children will remember forever!

We chose this condo as a few other family friends were also staying there. Nice quiet location, good restaurants within walking distance and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for our stay! Gorgeous view!

Horrible start!

Never received check in instructions in email, couldn’t find them on the app. Wife and 4 month old were stranded in the lobby with no clue what to do. Hour and a half before someone got them in. Messaged on VRBO app and still have yet to hear back!

Long weekend

Four of us went for a long Labor Day weekend and it was very relaxing. Exactly what you would expect from a long weekend on the beach. View from the room was extraordinary, beach was great and so was the pool. Lots of local restaurants and attractions to enjoy to break up the day. Was a little worried when we walked up to elevator that appeared to be in disrepair and the unpainted entry door into to the unit, but once past that all was good. No trash bags in unit, had to buy those and no washer/dryer in unit, but it was right across the hall in the common area if you needed one. They are obviously making improvements to the condo. Could not figure out how to get into the parking garage as the opener provided did not work and I did not find a key pad, so we just used the outside parking. A little challenging to find a spot late afternoon and at night, but we did it. All in all it was a great condo and we liked it and would stay again.

Great vacation

Had trouble accessing the property upon arrival because we were given the wrong key box code. Took about 45 minutes to get it all straightened out. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. The condo was great, and the views were unbelievable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

The place was excellent and I would definitely come back. The negatives were minor and would not prevent me from returning. Myself and others had to search old emails to find code for building. Garage door opener did not work. Batteries were missing from two of the TV remotes. Took a day to figure out washer and dryer were across the hall.

Bike week stay

Property is great, not in the middle of all the noise and chaos of Bike week. Had a problem retrieving the keys & remote as the last guest had deposited them in an incorrect place. Condo needs to be deep cleaned and master shower backs up with 2 inches of water in one shower

Room for Improvement, excellent location though!

A few recommendations: - light blocking curtains are needed in the master bedroom, unless you like to wake up at the literal crack of dawn. The shades are worthless at keeping 5am sunlight out. -beds are not comfortable -floor mats in bathrooms need to be washed, looked like it had been a while - highly, highly recommend getting a coded, keyless door lock. It’s extremely inconvenient to find the key pick up location and the box and code were not given to us prior to our arrival so we had to call for the accurate address of the keys as well as get the box and code for pick up. On a positive note, the size, location, condo community/pool & beach access were amazing! Beaches were very nice and private, plenty of space!

Gorgeous view

Property was beautiful. The view was amazing the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Stores and shopping were within driving distance. Furniture was comfortable and relaxing. Property was safe to let your teens wonder around. My only complaint was the coil top stove but that wouldn't stop us from visiting again.
