This amazing family friendly condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Daytona Beach Shores. Enjoy the quiet side of Daytona and it's gorgeous white sand beaches, within walking distance to the boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms featuring a double bed in each and one futon, two full bathrooms, along with a living room, dining area, large kitchen and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. This gorgeous property offers a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Enjoy the convenience of heating, AC, fully stocked kitchen, pool, with pickleball and golf clubs, beach toys, stocked for your beach time during your stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. We will do everything possible to make your stay one of your favorite vacation memories!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place keys on hook upon final departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$250 damage fee if smoking of any sort inside or on the balcony.
Because we have a short turn-around time, there is a $250 charge if all check-out requirements are not met.
The key provided is a custom key and costs $200 to replace which will be charged to guest's credit card if lost or misplaced.

Hosts were great! Condo was as advertised! We were in Daytona for the Rolex 24hr race. 20 minutes from the track with lots of restaurants and stores around.

The host was easy to communicate with. The room was clean and the space accommodated my family. The pool was nice and the beach was close! My only concern was the place did have a faint lingering cigarette smell.

I’m so sorry. Management said during the outdoor upgrades someone may have smoked (outside). The building is 100% smoke free, including balconies, and there is a hefty fine for doing so.
