We fell in love with this place upon first sight. The light-filled, open floor plan invites intimate conversation. Fully equipped kitchen. 20' v-shaped boat slip (10' wide) . Free pedal boat and Kayak. Close to Bagnell Dam, 10-15 minutes from restaurants, 7 minutes from Groceries. Located near Castle Ruins, 2 State Parks, 7 Wineries, 5 Golf Courses and 4 Caves.

Nice place with dock easy access to dock nice swimming area quiet cove with no wake . Great screened in porch . Everything was as it said clean. One of the bathrooms is upstairs so a little inconvenient for the bedrooms but otherwise very nice we will definitely stay there again!

This property worked well for the 4 of us. We had parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer. Boat launch not that far away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Dock worked and had a great place to sit outside.

It wasn't quite as clean as the other VRBO properties I've stayed in but overall was a great location for peace & quiet. The owner didn't respond to messages very quick but he was there when we checked in. They need to replace the coffee pots... they are disgusting.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend Getaway

My husband, parents and myself had a little weekend getaway here over Labor Day weekend and couldn't of asked for a better property or hosts to work with! The house was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was great as well. The doc is perfect for sunbathing or floating on the lake. We will definitely be back again! :)

This was a girls trip (5 of us). I was afraid it would be too small but it was the perfect size. It's in a quiet cove close to Bagnull Dam. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and on the dock. I would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Place is small, but has plenty of room for two couples. Host was super responsive and even dropped off a new coffee maker late in the evening! Very clean, well stocked cupboards, very nice dock, and excellent views from the upstairs screened porch.

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed having the private dock to use. The place was very clean and well taken care of, I felt like it matched the pictures and description perfectly. Host was friendly and personable. Not a far drive to the Bagnell Dam where there is lots to do! Would stay here again on a future trip!

We had 3 adults and two 4yr olds and had a great time! Communication with owner was responsible and informative. The property was in a quiet cove and having our own deck was awesome to fish and swim off of. The paddle boat and canoe were great to have available. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy meals and play cards at night while still enjoying the sounds and breeze from the lake. The property was very clean and the owner provided instructions for like everything you'd need to know how to work it where something was located. Wish we were able to stay longer!

Super cute lake house!

This house was exactly what we was looking for. The screened in back porch is where we ate all of our meals at. It's the perfect scenic view over the lake with a very accessible spot for swimming. The two bathrooms were very convenient as well as the comfortable kitchen. It was the perfect house for our weekend getaway!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The quiet cove and dock were perfect for swimming and fishing. We had fun with the kayak and pedal boat as well. The only thing was the number and size of life jackets were limited. We had brought our own for kids, so it worked out okay.

Why they chose this property

My entire life is filled with treasured memories of spending summer months on the Lake of the Ozarks. My elementary years found me at our family's favorite lake resort time and time again, where I fell in love with the coves, the main channel, and the endless shoreline of a fun and exciting lake. As a teenager, I enjoyed staying in the lake vacation homes of great friends who provided an unmatchable hospitality filled with boating, swimming, fishing, relaxing, and enjoying the lake's ability to help me forget about life for a while. The Lake of the Ozarks is such a wonderful place, my wife and I spent many wedding anniversaries sitting on the sand beach of our favorite Lake resort, dreaming of a time when we could not only own our own place on this lake, but also owning a home we could provide for other couples to experience this unforgettable escape. We've had our own home here since 2011, and, in 2017, purchased this property because it was an absolute perfect fit for us and knew immediately it will also become the absolute perfect place for visitors like you!

What makes this property unique

The next best thing to the ocean is lakefront with your own private dock to enjoy. A screened porch and a secluded patio overlooking the lake. In a quiet cove absent of noisy boats creating rocky waves. On a less traveled street, which results in quiet warm summer nights, peaceful picturesque falls and wonderful snowbird winters. This is a very cozy place with idyllic family and charming atmosphere.

We fell in love with this place because of its charm, location and delightful qualities. The home's proximity to the water is unbeatable, and it is a great find to discover a home in such a quiet cove. We are constantly amazed at the amount of natural light provided by the sky lights, the open floor plan, the modern appliances, comfortable beds and furniture in a space which is so inviting and warm. The main living space is great for conversation with a great view of the lake. We appreciate how immaculate it is and how much space it provides. Nothing can beat a cup of coffee on the screened porch, not to mention its view of the sun rising over the water. The views are outstanding, and it offers a private swimming dock with a boat slip. Most appealing is it being right next to Adventure Boat Rentals, making it so easy to rent boats, paddle boards, yoga, spa, jet skis, pontoons, and so much more without having to drive to a marina. The home is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, just off the main road and has great parking.
