Four bedroom, four bathroom, 3800 sqft updated Lake House with Brand New Large dock which includes large entertaining area with big screen TV, large table with 8 chairs, a couch with matching rocker chairs with fire pit, along with 6 lounge chairs. Dock is half shaded, half sun with large ladder for lake entry. Only one step out of the house to walk down to the dock. See pictures!
The house has a bar and pool table with ping-pong table in the mid level room. Large screened in porch on main level.
House has seating for 20 people total between two levels. Two master bedrooms, both with en-suites.
Open concept Kitchen, dining, living room on Main level, all with huge new windows with beautiful lake view. Main level family room has a huge sectional. Large back yard for playing bags with the family and friends. Lower Level family room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have Smart 50" TV's. TV's in both family rooms and in the Pool table/bar mid level room. We are a family cove therefore no bachelor or bachelorette inquiries please.

How was perfect, right in a calm cove on mile marker 13 with plenty of food and activities on the water close! Owner were easy to work with when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and Dock

We very much enjoyed our time here. The house was comfortable and well appointed, but the dock was our absolute favorite. Terrific space to hang, grill and watch games on the TV. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Very clean, beds were comfy. We LOVED the dock! The middle floor we enjoyed with a bar & pool table/ping pong table. Very spacious home. Beautiful area!! Just fyi..very steep driveway. Host was very easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed it all!!

Great house for lake fun

Fantastic location for us, right near lake fun spots. This is our second time at their house, and we enjoyed it even more. Tip - bring floatation devices (rafts, life vests, whales tails, noodles) as this cove is very calm! It got a little rainy and we played pool and relaxed in the screened porch. Looking forward to our next trip!!

Great Property for a large group.

This rental is excellent. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of room. Clean, well supplied, colorfully decorated. We spent a lot of time on the large dock. Excellent property manager.

Excellent Experience

This property was excellent for an extended stay. The house is located in a somewhat secluded area off of the main channel, so the water was calm for swimming or relaxing on the lily pad or kayaking. The home is extremely comfortable and well kept. I would highly recommend the property.

Annual lake trip

The lake house is absolutely amazing. Quite cove and nice neighbors. The dock is great too and it has Wetsteps. Has a good home theatre sound system which really helped out for the Chiefs game. All the beds slept good. Overall 5 star place.

Fantastic family vacation!!

Our group of six adults and six kids ages 8-13 had a great time at this property! It was setup and decorated like a home! The dock setup was perfect for dinner, swimming, and just hanging out! Location was great! Only thing missing was some larger food storage/Tupperware containers for prep or leftovers, but that’s not a complaint. One of the nicest and best outfitted VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in!!

Ozarks family vacation

Incredible home. Perfect layout and a fantastic family friendly cove great for laying out on the huge dock or floating in the water without wakes. No stairs to the dock made it kid friendly and safe. We didn’t spend much time in the actual house but it definitely has the wow factor when you walk in, the views will blow your mind home is extra clean and huge with a kitchen that was a joy to cook family meals in. I definitely recommend specifically if you have a family. We had 5 adults 3 kids all under 11 years of age. Never once did we fell cramped tons of room.

Enjoyable time in Porta Cime

Lovely home, well equipped with all the things you’d like to have (even a separate ice maker!). Dock was perfect. Saw tons of deer and turkey in the neighborhood. Mike and Brenda were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home, great location, very good communication with owners, overall a wonderful trip.

My family and I had a great time staying at Brenda and Mike's beautiful home. The location is great, the cove is very quiet, the home is gorgeous, and the dock is amazing. There is plenty of room in the house with an extra 5th "bedroom" in the storage/utility area that one of our teenage boys gladly took. We brought our boat and launched it about 15 minutes up the road where there is also trailer storage nearby. The communication with Brent and Mike was amazing! Whatever we needed (which wasn't much) they were quick to respond.

Perfect Lake Weekend!

We had a great time staying at Brenda and Mike's beautiful lake home. It's in great condition, and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the screened in porch, and spent the evenings lounging on the party dock, taking full advantage of the grill, bar and TV. I would absolutely stay here again, hopefully for a full week next time!

Great Family Setting

Quiet cove great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or even fishing off the dock. Pool table and ping pong provide fun indoor activities to escape the mid day heat as well.

My husband and I bought this house after owning a condo at Palisades for 14 years. We have three adult children so we decided it was time to buy a house with a dock. We love it!

Why they chose this property

We love the location on the lake at Mile Marker 14. We are close to everything! It is a great central location by boat and car.

What makes this property unique

Our house is very unique with the Mid floor between lower level and upper level being a bar area with a pool table and ping pong table. It is a great gathering place for family and friends. We have a table and chairs to play games and cards while others enjoy the pool table or ping pong table all while being together. The bar has 4 bar stools as well.
