About this property

Huge 4 Bedroom House ... Just Renovated in 2023 ... Awesome Location

This 4 bedroom house has just completed a major renovation ... brand new kitchen, flooring, furniture, paint and more. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2022. This house is virtually brand new on the inside. Check out the new pictures. Beyond the renovation, this house is in the ideal location. This enormous house features 1600 sf of living space and is just steps from the beach, literally 100 yards from the sand. This warm and inviting house has two private decks to enjoy the fresh ocean air. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 have queen size beds and the fourth has a pair of twin beds. We are adding bunk beds (twin over twin) in the upstairs bedroom so the house now sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a large living and dining room and two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is off-street parking for two cars and a washer and dryer in the house. There is a gas and a charcoal grill for your use as well. Everything you need and right in the heart of Hampton Beach. You can park your car in the driveway and be within steps of everything Hampton has to offer ... the beach, the Casino, Bernies, the Sea Shell Concert Stage, everything.

All furniture is brand new, bed frames, dressers, couches, dining room table, etc. There is free wifi and a smart TV.

This house sits on the middle of a property with two other houses, one in front and one in back.. The driveway is shared with the house in front and has two dedicated spaces for this house. We do not include sheets or towels. There are comforters and pillows for you to use. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 cleaning star services, please look elsewhere. This is a summer house that we enjoy at the beach and rent out to other families to enjoy as well. The decks and grill provide great outdoor space, so if you are looking for a great location, a huge house and are respectful people who will care for our house, we would love to have you stay and enjoy Hampton Beach.

All cancellations will include a $50 processing fee.

Great property, exactly as described. Hosts are quick communicators and very accommodating. Please accurately read the description because this host asks that each renter clean the house themselves. There's no cleaning fee which makes this a very affordable property.

Great location, half a block from the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. House was clean, we brought sheets and towels but everything else was provided. No cleaning service at this house so you have to clean before you leave but all the supplies are provided to clean. Nice outside deck and patio to use.

Location was great!However, the house was not very clean when we first arrive. We had to wash the floors. Lots of dust under the beds.Then we were able to have a comfortable stay.The steps desperatly needs to be replaced and the blinds in the house.

The location was ideal, in the middle of the strip and a short walking distance to the beach. The space easily accommodated and kept up with 8 adults. There is a bulge in the middle of the lower level floor that goes from one side of the house to the other with obvious slanting, some flooring issues in the upstairs rooms when you step on them it feels like you’re going to step through the floor. A lot of the blinds are broken. The house was not clean at all, and the porch deck is in need of safety repairs asap.

We were a bit disappointed in the hosts’ preparation for us as guests. The deck and steps were so scary and dangerous. It made us nervous to walk around the rotted wood for fear of falling through. There was an odd smell in the upstairs bedroom, blood stained pillows, broken blinds in several rooms, broken slats in the bed of downstairs bedroom and the very minimum as far as household supplies. The tub spout was loose in downstairs bathroom. Dishes in cupboards were dirty. We were a bit surprised and disappointed.

We walked in to a clean and well kept house! 10/10, everything was clean and tidy- especiallythe rest rooms! Bonus pillows and blankets- fans in all the rooms, small mini fridge for kids drinks. Grills and seating outside was awesome. Cant wait to book again! Thank you for such a great experience!

Summer fun at Hampton Beach.

Our stay was right in the heart of Hampton beach, yet a quiet spot away from the noise and traffic. The house is adorable and full of beachy charm. Everything in the owner’s description was spot on. The house is clean but lived in and felt like a home away from home. The two full bathrooms were convenient and there was room for everyone to have their own space. We came pretty well prepared but there is a nice collection of useful items that the owners and/or other visitors left like beach toys and chairs, cleaning supplies, dishes, games, Roku tv and box fans to name a few.

Highly responsive owners. We stayed the weekend after Memorial day; could use some basic clean up underneath and on side and repair of the deck, but inside is clean. Listing says it sleeps 10, we had 9 and there was a pullout couch and someon3 had left an air mattress (did not use). Parking is a bit tight, but we did have two trucks. Its located close to the playground and beach, but far enough to not hear raucus sounds on Friday or Saturday nights of the boardwalk with a dull, manageable volume of music from the bar. Would stay here again.

We booked this location for a week long stay at hampton and we had no complaints. The house is in a great location and very spacious! Parking and check in was easy, and the house is very spacious. When we arrived everything was clean and ready for moving in, and throughout our week there it felt like we were at home. We are absolutely going to look into using this property again for future vacations!
