Only one block to the beach! Close to the rocks for crab hunting.(children's favorite)

Bright and cheery 3 bedroom cottage has a small deck with table to enjoy your morning coffee, gas stove, microwave oven, and fully supplied kitchen. Also included is a Weber gas grill for the for the BBQ masters, and outdoor dining. The yard is fenced in so it's easier to watch the little ones. This cute cottage includes a fully supplied kitchen, internet, streaming with Roku and Hulu+Live TV. Relax in front of the TV on the couch with 2 built in recliners. Pillows and bedcovers are included.

Owners will be cleaning the unit themselves to insure that the unit is immaculate when you arrive!

Bedroom 1 is a full size bed, bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed, bedroom 3 is a single. There is room to sleep one on the couch

July 4 2026 through August 29 2026 7 night stay only Saturday to Saturday.

The cottage was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and morning coffee, as well as a small grocery store around the corner. Nice backyard. Comfortable beds. Living area was small but lay out gave us plenty of space.

Great stay

Everything was clean and well kept. Mary responded to my questions very quickly. The walk to the beach was short enough that the kids didn't complain. After a long drive to get here it was great that we could find everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. Next time we will stay longer.

cute little house close to boardwalk and beach. hosts were great about getting in touch when needed. my only wish was that the back yard was more divided. we didn't feel comfortable using back yard since there were a lot of ppl in near by house that we shared yard with.

Perfect little cottage!

I stayed for 2 nights with my family of SEVEN, including 5 kids ages 7-17. I was worried the cottage would be too small but it really wasn't! It was well-appointed and very clean. We did use the couch, which was long enough for our 6'4" son. I do wish there was an extra blanket and pillow for the couch but it was ok. The AC was much needed, the coffee shop next door was awesome, there is a grocery store about a block away, and the walk to the beach was short. It was also very quiet at night. We didn't use the backyard but it was very large. A 10 out of 10!

Great Location

Property was a perfect location. Beds were a little uncomfortable though, and alot of dust and a few cobwebs which was bad for 2 people with allergies. Maybe a towel rack or hooks near shower to hang your towel, and a hair dryer. These would be my only suggestions. But other then that, there was very nice neighbors and a cute bunny who lived in the back yard. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for your review. I wish you had told us of the dust. The unit was empty the week prior. We would have taken care of it. I'm sorry you felt the beds were uncomfortable. The front bedroom got a new mattress delivered at the beginning of the month. I ordered firm. Mattresses can be tough. Everyone has their own idea of what's perfect. Thank you for your suggestions and saying you would stay again.

Cute cottage

We stayed for a week with our 2 teens. The cottage was small but worked well for us as both kids had their own spaces. The space itself was much more updated than the pictures show (flooring, bath) and it was perfectly clean.The backyard is a shared space and the next door renters used it a great deal of the time, but honestly, our week was so hot that we were grateful for the ac after a day at the beach, we didn’t feel like we missed anything. Two cute coffee shops within a block. We had no issues at all, so had no need to reach out to the owner for anything- though she did reach out to let us know that we were able to check into the cottage early! Thanks for a great week!

Ac didn’t work, bully neighbor

They day I got there it was in the 90s and humid and the AC was out. Which would be fine if there was fans or I could of opened the windows. It’s listed no smoking on property and kid friendly, but their tendant were smoking and the other family that was renting the other house. There is a couple that lives in the basement of the house next to this one that is owned by the same owners. I was very stressed out when I could not get my toddler to nap due to it being so hot in their. (He still nurses to sleep) we were latterly dripping sweat. The older man that lives down stairs said “you looked stressed” I said I am it’s too hot. He said “you ok? Your not going to hang your self right ? We don’t want to clean up the mess” What ? He said this in fount of my kids. Who talks to anyone like that nm a single mom? I left the house and went for a walk to call the owner he was very apologetic. I did get a discount of $100 for the AC not working. The place was really cute, loved having access to the grill, didn’t like that I had to bring all my own blankets and Tp/ paper towels. The tenants were overly nosy and annoying. I had someone bang on the door at 1am Friday night. I still can’t get over that I experienced belong bullied on my vacation.

Yes the central AC did break down during your stay. This was quite unexpected as it was installed in 2020. You say you couldn't open the windows and I don't know why. Anyway, the AC has now been replaced. I did give you a $100 refund and a late checkout to compensate for it. Fortunately it was only one day of your two day stay that an AC was needed. It was clearly stated in the listing, and you were reminded prior to arrival of the items I don't supply. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Before now we've never gotten complaints of noise, in fact many of our reviews state how quiet it is. We've never received reports of bullying or banging on doors during the night. I will now include a request with check in instructions asking clients to please be respectful to their neighbors with since it is a shared yard.

Great location & nice stay

This rental was a convenient walk to the beach. We loved the location, being somewhat further from the strip as we have young children. The place was small but was very well described in the listing. I wouldn't describe it as dirty, but it definitely could have been cleaner when we moved in. There was a good amount of animal fur on the ground and no vacuum available to clean it. We did our best using a broom to clean it up but were finding animal fur throughout our stay. The shower was also had some grunge and the liner needed to be replaced. There was also alot of miscellaneous and unnecessary "stuff" in the cabinets and drawers which didn't allow for space for our own stuff so we had to do some reconfiguring and actually store things in our car in order to make space for our own items as there wasn't much closet space. I think if someone went in with a deep cleaning and eliminated some of the miscellaneous items it would probably make for a better experience, especially for families who want to bring in their own stuff. The neighbors next door were always outside and we saw them whenever we were using the deck. They were very nice but it did not allow for much privacy on the deck as they were right there. The backyard was fenced in which was great, we didn't use it much but did enjoy the grill one night. The house came with 1 parking spot but we were able to use 2 of them as otherwise we would not have been able to get our car in and out (they were tandem spots and the house comes with the interior spot). The extra parking spot was a bonus. It was a bit tricky to maneuver the driveway with our stroller as it's very narrow and there was a massive truck parked in one of the spots. The mattress in the bed room we stayed in was also VERY bad and I believe it needs to be replaced. It sags in the middle and I woke up with back pain every morning I slept in it so I actually had to change beds and sleep on the bunk bed instead. Overall, it's a typical beach cottage and not the most luxurious of living conditions but met our needs. The owners were also responsive and allowed us to move in early which was a bonus. If they make some of the changes I noted I think that this could be a great place to stay.

Great rental in a great location!

Perfect spot at the end of the strip that’s close enough to bars and restaurants but not so close that you have to listen to loud music and rowdy bar patrons all night. Comfortably housed 6 guys staying in town for a fishing trip. The backyard is awesome! Nicely kept and comes with a grill, you don’t get that at a hotel! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay here again in the future!
