Ocean Front-Unobstructed Views- Beautiful Upgraded Condo

One of the finest studio units at Kepuhi Beach Resort, right on the ocean with no buildings or obstructions to your view and steps from the pool. Watch sunsets from the lanai and walk to the beach 200 feet away, walk to the pool 100 feet away and parking 50 feet away. This condo has been the owners personal unit and is now available to rent, no expense was spared in remodeling. It features a queen Murphy type bed with a Temperpedic mattress that folds up during the day to create a spacious apartment, high end cabinetry and appliances and many other comforts. Complete with everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach, on the lanai, or exploring Molokai. Cable and internet are provided as are many other amenities. Please note, the washer and dryer are coin operated and right outside the door of the condo.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS CONDO IS ON THE ISLAND OF MOLOKAI BUT MAY SHOW UP WHEN SEARCHING THE ISLAND OF MAUI.

This condo was fantastic! The view is incredible, you really can’t get any closer to the ocean. I loved listening to the ocean waves at night. The condo had everything you needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you could ask for. Bill was very responsive and in a super timely manner. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The sun set perfectly as the birds flocked and fed to call it a night. The location was very peaceful with nice people nearby. Come prepared as food options are more scarce, but that is Molokai as a whole nowadays.Host was responsive and kept a nice place in a good location.It is a nice find!

The efficiency condo was just as advertised - clean and tidy, close to the beach, easy nights stay. The area is challenged due to the locale but if you understand Molokai, this is a good place to hang your hat for a bit.

Great for M2O paddle

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view! The owners have stocked it with everything you need from beach chairs to sunscreen and a fully equipped kitchen. If you seek quiet and solitude this is the place for you. There is also a shared pool that overlooks the beautiful blue ocean just steps from this property.

Pros: beautiful and secluded natural location. A remote and quiet stretch of beach was steps away from our lanai. The sound of the surf pounding against the beach is a lovely backdrop. Lots of value for the cost we paid for the rental.Cons: the interior of the condo had been upgraded, but seems like that was completed years ago. Older appliances and worn areas still need upgrading. The exterior of some of the buildings in the condo development are in extreme disrepair which didn’t affect our stay, but they are an eyesore. This is about right for the price we paid though. But there are some things that need the owner’s attention: The bathroom sink backs up easily and there are areas of mold that could be cleaned up. We were a bit disappointed that we had to wash our dishes at the end of our stay, even though we paid a fairly substantial cleaning fee.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, we strive to provide a great experience for our guests as evidenced by all the 5 Star reviews before yours. My caretaker is checking on the mold and slow draining sink that you reported and will fix what they find. This is the first we have had a mold issue reported and I was on property a few weeks ago and the condo looked good. Relative to the older buildings on the adjacent property, they are the remains of the old Sheraton Resort and we have no control over them. Obviously our resort is older (built in the early 70's) but overall is kept is good condition. It is not unusual to have guests wash their dishes before checking out. This is a fairly normal routine for condo rentals. We do have a wonderful location with great views and work to deliver a quality experience. I am refunding the cleaning fee as compensation for your unsatisfactory experience. Bill

Beach front paradise

Great place to spend a vacation. It’s a studio not a one bedroom (the title of the listing says one bedroom), but it still works great. The place shows some wear but was clean and had what we needed.

Great unit with short walk to beach and shorter walk to pool. I was nervous about the sundry shop but turned out to be very well stocked store. The directions maps and recommendations by the owner were flawless he’s got a great place to stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience on the island of Molokai. The condo was absolutely perfect

This property is fabulous, very well maintained and is stocked up with all the essentials to have a great time. The sunsets are perfect and the sounds of the ocean will put you to sleep every night. Great ocean view

Although the drive was a little far for us for the wedding we were attending that weekend. The condo was such a nice getaway. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you can’t fall asleep to waves crashing. I grew up on the beach so it was a sweet melody for my lady and I. High surf. Beach not good for swimming but excellent for surfing and for experienced swimmers. Pool is well kept and it’s very quiet at night.

Perfection and paradise for a surfer

While my husband and I stayed at a place two doors to the left, Bill’s condo was taken by our son, an avid surfer who used everything opportunity to be in the water but also enjoyed the condo itself. There are many advantages for staying on the ground floor at this building. Everything is at your feet! Plus, the comfort of the smartly furnished and well stocked condo. Perfect in all regards!

A totally different Hawaii experience

We were here in March 2023. Studio condo was very well equipped and larger than expected. High surf while we were there, but loved the roar of the ocean. Spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the waves break, sunsets, and whales. Definitely recommend renting a jeep to explore the island. Fascinated by the dilapidated buildings and used to be gold course. Walked miles everyday to many beaches. Loved it!

Ocean front

The condo was well kept. It was much smaller than we thought, but we were pleased with the cleanliness. It had all we needed. We had a problem with the smoke alarm. It went off in the middle of the first night and it never stopped. We tried to reset it but to no avail. I covered it in pillows and a blanket to try to silence it which worked somewhat. I probably could have reached out to the owner, but I did not want to bother him. He seemed very kind in our lead up to staying in his place. We would have washed the towels but we had to leave earlier than expected.

Thanks for renting our condo and the feedback. I apologize for the smoke detector going off. Our unit has a primary hard wired detector and a redundant back up battery powered unit, unfortunately the battery powered units fail early because of the salt water environment. While the battery powered unit is not necessary, we like the redundancy. To prevent this from happening again I will be having our caretaker change the alarm on an annual basis. Relative to the towels, we don't expect our guests to wash the linens and towels, our caretaker will wash them after checkout. Thanks
