Welcome to this charming family home in a safe Cape Town neighborhood with off-street parking for 2 cars. It features a bright living area opening to a pool, a covered lapa with BBQ and pizza oven, plus a garden with toys, games, a swing, a daybed under a yellowwood tree, and a veggie/lemon patch. Inside, you have 2 bedrooms (king and double with percale linen), 2 bathrooms, a living room sleeper couch, bath/pool towels, a full kitchen, a 6–8 seat dining table, and a TV lounge (55" screen, Netflix, limited DStv).

Exclusive Use: Main house, pool, and BBQ area are fully private to you.

On-site studio (art classes 3x/week) and an attached cottage use separate driveways/entrances with no pool access or disruption to your stay.

Power Cuts: Includes backup fibre WiFi, gas stove, portable lights/chargers, solar lights, ceiling lights in most rooms during outages, and battery-backed gate/alarm. Hosts are not responsible for power/water outages.

Rules: No pets, parties, or noise after 10 PM. Use water/electricity responsibly.

Location: Close to Camps Bay, Clifton, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and vineyards.
