Must Stay in Hout Bay

Beautiful house and space, lovely outdoors area, perfect dipping pool, excellent amenities, friendly and responsive owners. An absolute bliss to stay at, did not want to leave. Will be back!

It was just a great experience to stay at such a beautiful house and having such fantastic hosts, always and at all times helpful!!! Very nice an quit neighborhood. The housekeeper, Zilpa the soul of the house, always friendly and courteous and grateful. Ein Traum von Haus

Wir dürften in diesem top ausgestatteten Traumhaus 3 wundervolle Wochen verbringen, es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Es ist noch toller als auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit Stefan war super. Hier wird kein Haus vermietet, sondern ein Heim zum wohlfühlen. Wer einmal hier war kommt wieder, wir auch!!!

Sehr schöne Villa mit super Ausstattung

Wir haben mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie eine ganz tolle Zeit in der wundervollen Villa verbracht. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben den tollen Pool-Bereich und die fantastische BBQ Ausstattung an so manchen Tagen sehr genossen. Der Empfang war unkompliziert und herzlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber der Unterkunft war ebenfalls super - bei Fragen wurde sofort reagiert und Unterstützung war schnell zur Stelle. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours à Hout bay. La maison est très bien placée pour découvrir les alentours de Cape Town et notamment Cap de bonne espérance et les domaines de Constantia. Les prestations de la maison sont de très hautes qualités. Et les hôtes, Stefan et Anja étaient très prévenants avec nous avant et pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons +++++

Wilkommen im Paradies

Der Aufenthalt bei Anja und Stefan war einfach nur Spitze. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter zu Besuch. Die Villa ist unglaublich großzügig, so dass wir selbst mit mehr Mitreisenden noch genug Platz gehabt hätten. Die insgesamt drei komplett neu renovierten Bäder sind einfach nur perfekt und super sauber. Die Schlafzimmer alle klimatisiert und mit eigenem TV und grossen Doppelbetten. In der Küche gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt (v.a. Backofen & Spülmaschine) inkl. einem Riesenkühlschrank in dem man auch eine halbe Giraffe parken könnte. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist so liebevoll gestaltet mit all den Pflanzen, dem riesigen und perfekt temperierten Außenpool. Zum Abschluss der erlebnisreichen Tage freuten wir uns jedes Mal in dieses Haus zurückzukehren und auf der wunderschönen Außenterasse zu grillen und Wein zu trinken. Das Haus ist bis ins kleinste Detail ( vom Geschirr, über hochwertiges V&B Besteck bis hin zu der wunderbaren Bettwäsche) stilvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet und mit lokalen Kunstwerken dekoriert. Aus den Panoramafenstern kann man morgens vom Wohnzimmer aus auf die prachtvollen Bergmassive der Ausläufer des Tafelbergs bzw. die Hout Bay blicken. Die superliebe Haushälterin Zilpa empfing uns am Anreisetag und zeigte uns alles was wir wissen mussten. Sie putze außerdem das ganze Anwesen während unserers Aufenthaltes mehrfach und wusch die Wäsche. Anja und Stefan versorgten uns mit einer Reihe von sehr guten Tips für die umliegende Gegend und waren jederzeit per Whatsapp bei Fragen zu erreichen. Kurzum: Es war einfach nur perfekt und wir hatten das Gefühl für einen Moment im Paradies sein zu dürfen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder !

„Eine Villa, wie sie im Buche steht“ 👍

Das Haus ist fantastisch. Die Bilder sind wirklich ECHT! Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und geben schon vor Reiseantritt gute Tipps. Wer einen ruhigen Start in den Urlaubstag genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann es ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
