The Palm Bay Club is a great complex with a wonderful staff to help your everyday questions or concerns. On the Gulf side there is a wonderful palm tree lined walkway to the beach. Siesta Key beach is rated one of the BEST beaches in the world. Enjoy the white sand beach with our complimentary beach chairs and enjoy all the water amenities it has to offer. Great sun bathing , shore fishing, paddle boards, kayaking, parasailing and more. Great walk to the public beach which offers life guard swimming, two restaurants, play ground for kids and competitive volleyball nets. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
