Welcome to our well-maintained holiday home in Kapfing, near Fügen in the Zillertal. The spacious accommodation occupies the 1st and 2nd floors and offers around 140 m² of living space for up to 15 guests – ideal for large families, several families or groups of friends.

The house has 6 bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including double beds, a single bed and bunk beds. A cosy living room invites you to relax together. The large, well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

There is a balcony on both floors. The garden features garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors. The owner is also happy to give guests an insight into activities on the farm.

The centre of Uderns, with restaurants, supermarkets and cross-country ski trails, is only about 1 km away. Numerous sports, leisure and entertainment activities can be found within a 10 km radius. Fügen is around 2 km away and Innsbruck approximately 46 km.
