Die Wohnung kann grundsätzlich weiter empfehlen werden. Sie war sauber und der Vermieter nett. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war, dass die Wohnung keinen eigenen Eingang hat. Unsere kinder sind klein und toben gern und viel und Laut. Mit älteren Kindern oder ohne Kind ist die Ferienwohnung super.

Huis is goed ingedeeld badkamer is netjes, mooie ligging ruimte genoeg om te parkeren. Het nadeel is dat er veel rooklucht van de de bewoner afkomt, bij binnenkomst wordt je best wel bedwelmd door de lucht terwijl er in het huis niet gerookt mag worden ! gelukkig valt het op de derde verdieping mee die heeft een eigen deur dat afgesloten kan worden. Bij de derde kamer op de tweede etage nagenoeg geen rook te ruiken de rooklucht hangt echter in de trappenhal.

Von unten kommt tatsächlich ein Rauchgeruch. Zum Glück kann man gut lüften, sodass das im Sommer kein Problem darstellt. Außerdem könnte die Dunstabzugshaube besser in der Küche montiert werden. Macht jetzt viel Lärm. In einem früheren Testbericht haben wir von nur 2 Brennern gelesen, inzwischen sind es nur noch 4. Und das Haus liegt neben der Bahnlinie. Einige sind deshalb früh aufgestanden. Außerdem hieß es auf dem Gelände: Neben der Skipiste. Das ist nicht der Fall, aber in der Nähe der größeren Straße und in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle. Auch ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Leuk roze huis direct naast de skibussen gelegen. Kaltenbach en Zillertal Arena waren uitstekend bereikbaar met de bus. Vanaf Kaltenbach is er ook een mooie dalafdaling welke uitkomt op loopafstand van het appartement. Mayernhoven lag op slechts 15 minuten rijden met de auto. Het appartement zelf is uitgerust met een volledig nieuwe keuken inclusief oven. De badkamer was ook heel modern. Alles was schoon. Twee kleine aandachtspunten: de wifi werkt niet heel goed en het ruikt binnen vrij sterk naar rook, dus niet geschikt voor mensen met Asthma of dergelijke. Wij hebben dit zelf niet als heel hinderlijk ervaren. Al met al hebben we een super verblijf gehad, zeker een aanrader! (Vriendengroep van 5 mensen ca 25 jaar)

Ferien mit Landluft.

Es gibt Bauern in der Nähe was man hin und wieder riecht. Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat Beschrieben. Unter dem Kuppeldach mit Dachschrägen. Die Lage wahr sehr ruhig, der Vermieter sehr nett.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad bij Johan Lanthaler. Het huis ligt pal naast het centrum van Aschau, dus alles is op loopafstand. Ook de skibussen richting Kaltenbach en Zell am Ziller zijn vlakbij (en duren amper 10 minuten). W.b. het huis zelf: de keuken is pas vernieuwd, dus er is nu ook een oven, een vaatwasser en een 4-pits kookplaat. Er is een kelder waar je je skispullen kwijt kan. Het is allemaal niet groot, maar we hebben ons er zeer thuis gevoeld. Het enige wat ik aan te merken heb: het nummer van de eigenaar wat op de Belvilla website staat, klopt niet. Door enorme files op de heenweg hebben we vergeefs geprobeerd om hem op de hoogte te stellen van onze vertraging (welke overigens geen probleem was). Lang verhaal kort: prima appartement voor een prima prijs!
