Treat yourself to a wonderful holiday in this beautiful 55 mÂČ holiday apartment in Ramsau in the Zillertal. You'll spend your holiday surrounded by a beautiful mountain backdrop, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Zillertal.

Whether it's a pleasant hike, an action-packed excursion to one of the surrounding 3000 m peaks, an eventful day on one of the family mountains where fun is guaranteed, or a bike tour along the Ziller or to the various reservoirs of the Zillertal - there truly is something for everyone.

Many skiing areas in the vicinity offer great variety even in winter. If you don't want to miss out on skiing in summer, you can test out your skis on the Hintertaux Glacier.

The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen skiing area is 600 m away while the Zillertal Arena skiing area is 6 km away from our house. You can easily reach both skiing areas via the free ski bus departing from the bus stop 100 m away.

The kitchen diner comes fully equipped and is perfect for a cosy get-together.

You can relax and unwind and escape from everyday life in the cosy bedrooms.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink.

A flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi are available to our guests free of charge; you can also borrow some board games.

The flat has a large balcony with a panoramic view of the Upper Zillertal.

For a perfect end to the day you're welcome to borrow a barbecue from the owners.

The flat includes one free parking space right in front of the house.

Im MĂŒlleimer stank es furchtbar, irgendwelche eingetrockneten FlĂŒssigkeiten, also Eimer einweichen. Viele Spinnenweben ĂŒberall. Ganz dringend mĂŒsste der Filter der Dunstabzugshaube gewechselt werden. Sonst tolles Haus mit schönem Blick

Die Wohnung war OK. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass nicht alles Geschirr sauber im Schrank stand. Besteck war auf keinen Fall sauber. Haben wir auch keins verwendet, sondern nur das eigene. Bei einer Kaffeetasse war noch der Kaffee sichtbar verschmiert. Diese Tasse habe ich im Schrank ganz hinten hingestellt. Meine Tochter und ich haben im großen Doppelbett gut geschlafen. Mein Mann mit unserem kleinen waren da etwas andrer Meinung. Beim drehen und wenden hat es ziemlich gequietscht. Vielen Dank fĂŒr Ihr VerstĂ€ndnis ĂŒber meine Kritik.

Familienurlaub im Zillertal

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der Check-in lief problemlos ab. Was uns etwas nachdenklich stimmte, war der Kontakt zum Vermieter nur ĂŒber WhatsApp. Das Haus wird mit 3 Ferienwohnungen beschrieben. Das konnte nicht wirklich stimmen es mĂŒssten 4 oder 5 gewesen sein. Auch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, die ToilettenspĂŒlung von der Nachbarswohnung war im 2. Schlafzimmer zu hören. Die Nachbarn unter uns waren so laut, das es mit Erholung in der Ferienwohnung nicht viel zu tun hatte. Auch die Sauberkeit lies zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Die KissenbezĂŒge waren verschmutzt und die HandtĂŒcher rochen unangenehmAuf den Bildern ist die Hauptstrasse nicht zu sehen, welche sehr stark befahren ist, tagsĂŒber sowie auch nachts. Auch war die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft sehr dĂŒrftig. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon in die Berge ist traumhaft, was ehrlich gesagt das einzig positive fĂŒr uns an diesem Urlaub war.Alles in allem war es fĂŒr uns nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend, wir kommen nicht wieder!

Basic appartement. Communicatie met eigenaar gaat alleen via whats app. Handoeken krijg je niet vernieuwd behalve als je er om vrasgt en dan liggen ze dezelfde dag bij voordeur. Het is een appartement aan de oostzijde dal dus neem een ventilator mee

Es handelt sich um ein Haus mit 3 Wohnungen und einem Wohnbereich im 2. Stock. Wir hatten Wohnung 2 vorne ganz oben. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Schöne Aussicht. Wir fanden die Betten sehr hart und das Sofa nicht sehr bequem. DarĂŒber hinaus war alles Notwendige vorhanden, aber minimal. Ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge und schöne AusflĂŒge. Der Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer erfolgt ausschließlich ĂŒber WhatsApp. Wir fanden das sehr unpersönlich. Uns wurde ein Code zur Eingabe geschickt und darin befand sich ein Ordner mit Informationen. Unsere Wohnung lag neben Wohnung 1. In einem der Schlafzimmer war es recht laut. Toilette sehr deutlich hörbar und Kinder schreien und rennen auch. Das war nicht sehr angenehm, besonders am Morgen. Wir hatten dort einen tollen Urlaub. Teilweise wegen des schönen Wetters.
