Located on Samsø, this modern, newly built house offers ocean views and a very large, secluded lot that provides plenty of outdoor space without being overlooked by neighbors.



The interior design is well-thought-out and contemporary, featuring beautifully selected designer furniture, and since the house is newly built, everything is fresh and in perfect working order from day one.



The lot is exceptionally spacious and private, and the sea is never more than 800 meters away. To the west, you’ll find a pebble beach; to the east, lovely sandy beaches.



The house is located in Nordby Bakker, a protected nature area with many hiking trails and views of the sea. The village of Nordby has several good dining options to choose from.
