The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. Essential staples are provided.
The villa includes two skylitt bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower and toilet. Luxurious amenities are supplied for your comfort.
Three private double bedrooms each come with built-in wardrobes and box-spring beds. All featured with air conditioning, direct terrace access, large windows fitted with electric blinds.

Situated near the calm sea-sided small village of Finikounda the villa can be reached by a typical Greek road, winding softly through groves of ancient olives.

The nearest community is Finikounda, where you will find shops with local products, a small port, as well as restaurants, bars and a local supermarket.

You can take a refreshing dip at the closest beach: Loutsa Beach, 1 km walk away.

Epicurean Retreat is at short distance from secluded beaches and short drives away from historic sites, e.g. Methoni, Pylos, Koroni.

Costa Navarino offers opportunities for golfing. The golf resort is a 30-minute drive away, in the direction of Pylos.

A visit to the Polylimnio waterfall and Voidokilia Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean, is not to be missed.
