Pierre met us at the property on our arrival. Property is adjoining the owners. It’s a very quiet residential area. Clean, spacious, well equipped property. Everything we needed in the property, bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, lots of pans, iron, hairdryer, drying rack, use of washing machine. Upstairs, private double bedroom off to the right, very comfortable bed, with black out blinds, lots of storage. Off to the left, two single beds on the landing open to the stairs, we used the screen provided for privacy to the beds, black out blinds, lots of storage. Separate toilet and sink room, very useful. Lovely big patio outside with table and chairs. Very well kept garden and grounds. Private gated access to parking right in front of the property. We were also able to keep our bikes securely in the garage. Local supermarkets, are few minutes, cycle or drive away. Walking distance to beach. Botanical gardens also very close. I recommend this property and hosts.
Alles hat sehr gut gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen.
Ferienwohnung mit sehr praktischer und völlig ausreichender Ausstattung, auch sehr sauber. Sehr großzügiges Gelände als geschlossene Anlage mit Garagennutzung für Fahrräder. Sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber.
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Bretagne. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber mit einer großen Küche. Dazu kommt eine eigene Terrasse, ein Duschbad im EG und einer zweiten Toilette im OG, wo die Schlafzimmer sind. Das Zimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten ist offen zur Treppe. Das französische Doppelbett ist landestypisch 1,4m x 2,0m. Vielleicht ist das Mobilar nicht das neueste, aber insgesamt hat die Wohnung ein tolles Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge, denn man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der zentralen Schnellstraße. Auch Orte wie Concarneu, Camaret sur Mer, Le Conquet etc. erreicht man in 40 bis 60 min. 600m fußläufig gibt es eine äußerst gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, der auch frischen Fisch, Gemüse und Fleisch bietet. Ebenfalls 600 m sind es bis zum Strand.
Wir können die Wohnung wirklich gerne weiter empfehlen, zumal wir auch sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter hatten.
