Excellent property and hosts

Pierre met us at the property on our arrival. Property is adjoining the owners. It’s a very quiet residential area. Clean, spacious, well equipped property. Everything we needed in the property, bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, lots of pans, iron, hairdryer, drying rack, use of washing machine. Upstairs, private double bedroom off to the right, very comfortable bed, with black out blinds, lots of storage. Off to the left, two single beds on the landing open to the stairs, we used the screen provided for privacy to the beds, black out blinds, lots of storage. Separate toilet and sink room, very useful. Lovely big patio outside with table and chairs. Very well kept garden and grounds. Private gated access to parking right in front of the property. We were also able to keep our bikes securely in the garage. Local supermarkets, are few minutes, cycle or drive away. Walking distance to beach. Botanical gardens also very close. I recommend this property and hosts.

Beaucoup d’espace dans le gîte, bien aménagé, bien sécurisé, les proprios très sympas, grand jardin. Situation idéale dans un quartier calme, pas loin de la mer et d’un centre commercial. Bon point de départ pour rayonner dans cette région où il y a tellement á voir et à découvrir.

Propriétaires réactifs, très accueillant.Logement très fonctionnel assez grand avec un jardin, une terrasse privative très grande.Un jardin juste magnifique...Nous avons eu les lits faits et serviettes à disposition.Vraiment une excellente expérience et une très bonne adresse.La proximité de la plage à peine en dix minutes à pied et 2 minutes en voiture sont un atout.Merci encore pour acceuil chaleureux qui nous été fait par les deux propriétaires.

Alles hat sehr gut gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Ferienwohnung mit sehr praktischer und völlig ausreichender Ausstattung, auch sehr sauber. Un accueil très chaleureux, une maison très agréable, un accès facile.

Départ le matin jusqu'au soir pour les visites qui sont très nombreuses dans la région. La côte Nord Ouest est remplie de belles plages de sable. La pointe St Mathieu est magnifique ainsi que la presqu'île de Crozon.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Bretagne. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber mit einer großen Küche. Dazu kommt eine eigene Terrasse, ein Duschbad im EG und einer zweiten Toilette im OG, wo die Schlafzimmer sind. Das Zimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten ist offen zur Treppe. Das französische Doppelbett ist landestypisch 1,4m x 2,0m. Vielleicht ist das Mobilar nicht das neueste, aber insgesamt hat die Wohnung ein tolles Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge, denn man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der zentralen Schnellstraße. Auch Orte wie Concarneu, Camaret sur Mer, Le Conquet etc. erreicht man in 40 bis 60 min. 600m fußläufig gibt es eine äußerst gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, der auch frischen Fisch, Gemüse und Fleisch bietet. Ebenfalls 600 m sind es bis zum Strand. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich gerne weiter empfehlen, zumal wir auch sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter hatten.

Très bon séjour

Maison agréable et spacieuse pour une famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Bien équipée (un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge seraient un bonus, mais on s'en est passé sans problème). Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la terrasse (ni de la plage), en raison de la météo maussade. Les quelques jeux de société ont été bien appréciés ! Bon emplacement (commerces à 2 minutes, 10 min en voiture du centre-ville de Brest et env 5 minutes d'Océanopolis), facile de rayonner dans la région. Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets. Dans l'ensemble, un très bon séjour, que nous recommandons vivement.

Un séjour heureux au large et près des plages

Une maison spacieuse, au calme, et accueillante avec son grand rez-de-chaussée cuisine (bien équipée) et séjour (la télé et la wifi au top). La chambre matrimoniale spacieuse et l’autre espace chambre à deux lits cosy. Nous avons aimé la terrasse et le très grand jardin, et notre chienne aussi ! Les propriétaires sont sérieux autant que sympas. Et le top … la plage du Moulin Blanc est vraiment à 10mn à pied … et le supermarché à 2 mn en voiture. Top.

Mes remarques

Un logement pas tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Il est noté deux chambres alors que c'est une mezzanine aménagée avec deux lits où il est possible de mettre un paravent 😒. Le pire étant le chauffage qu'il est impossible de régler... Donc il fait froid... Salle de bain sans chauffage, sèche serviette relié au chauffage centrale donc serviettes toujours mouillées... Une machine à laver le linge disponible ne serait pas de trop... Je ne pense pas recommander ce logement.

Tout d'abord bonjour. Pour le chauffage je vous ai expliqué qu’avec la douceur exceptionnelle des températures actuelles une sonde extérieure n’autorise pas la mise en fonction de la chaudière pour le chauffage (pour information ce jour 27 octobre 18°). Pour le séchage du linge un tancarville est à votre disposition dans le logement. Comme vous me l'avez demandé vous n’êtes pas sans savoir qu’’une machine à laver est disponible au tarif de 4€ pa
