6 km from the beaches and hiking trails, 8 km from the port of Conquet, departure for the islands!
We offer two rentals for 5/6 people. Rental also possible for 10 days from Wednesday to Saturday or from Saturday to Wednesday morning. Okay
in each cottage:
 -on the ground floor: living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen,
  bedroom n ° 1 (140 cm bed), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- upstairs: bedroom n ° 2 (140 cm bed)
bedroom n ° 3: 2 single beds + baby bed, shower room wc
washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV, internet
terrace, lawn, garden furniture.

Un parfait logis pour des vacances dans l’Iroise.

Le logis est très bien situé, proche des plages et du littoral. Annie et Raymond sont super accueillants et très sympas. Ils habitent juste à côté, ce qui facilite grandement. Annie nous a proposé de jolis coins à visiter. Le logis a tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre bien.

Mini four inutilisable parce que très très sale Poussière et toiles d'araignées partout Vitres sales, ampoules manquantes, pas de grille pain, hotte ne fonctionnant pas 6 couteaux de table Pas de drap de douche( il a fallu les réclamer)

Très beau gite

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques chez Anne et Raymond ave nos deux fils (13 et 15 ans). Le gite est bien agencé pour une famille. La proximité de la mer (6km) est très agréable, la cote est belle ainsi que les phares. Le marché des pécheurs au Conquet en fin d’après-midi vaut le détour. Anne et Raymond sont très accueillants, ce fut un plaisir de passer du temps avec eux.

Accueil agréable, logement spacieux et au calme mais un gros souci de propreté : sanitaires, plaques de cuisson, sols, poussière grasse sur les meubles! En outre, de nombreux équipements sont à revoir pour faire de ce logement un lieu d'accueil décent : changer les stores des velux, changer l'aspirateur, changer le rideau de douche, changer le séchoir à linge qui ne tient plus debout, nettoyer l'humidité présente dans les sanitaires, sur la machine à laver, faire les vitres de temps en temps...

Nous venons de lire avec attention cette appréciation et sommes surpris car le gîte a été loué tout e la saison, avec des locataires satisfaits et qui pour certains ont déjà réservé pour l'été prochain. Néanmoins, nous prévoyons effectivement de changer le rideau du velux et celui de la douche afin d'améliorer l'es équipements. L'aspirateur est déjà remplacé ainsi que le Tancarville. Quand à la propreté, nous avons réalisé le nettoyage entre les 2 locataires comme prévu, même si l'option "ménage" n'est pas au contrat . Loueur depuis plusieurs années il est certain que nous constatons que la notion de propreté n'est pas la même pour chacun, ni la même à l'arrivée d'un locataire qu'à son départ d'une location et nous serons donc désormais plus exigeants à ce sujet afin de satisfaire au mieux. .
