The villa is surrounded by an elegant garden with a soft English lawn, an oasis of peace and privacy where guests can fully experience the charm of the Marche countryside. Arranged over different levels that follow the natural slope of the hill, the outdoor area is enriched with native plants and ornamental trees that blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.

The outdoor spaces include three panoramic terraces, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners, relaxing and admiring the beautiful views over the Marche hills, especially at sunset. Among them, the main terrace of approximately 100 sqm stands out as a spacious area dedicated to comfort and relaxation, featuring an elegant outdoor lounge with modular sofas and armchairs, sheltered by two large umbrellas.

Another space designed for enjoying time together is the large covered portico, featuring impressive brick arches and exposed stone details. Here, a modern dining table allows guests to enjoy meals outdoors, even during the warmest hours of the day.

The highlight of the property is the private pool (10 x 4 metres, depth 140 cm), available from May to October. Surrounded by a light stone-paved sun terrace with sun loungers and outdoor shower, it offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the summer days.

The outdoor areas are completed by a barbecue area for pleasant grilled meals with family and friends, and a private uncovered parking area for 4 cars.

Internal description

Villa Smerillo is set over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests, offering 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms feature mosquito screens on the windows. Upon request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The floor opens onto a spacious and bright open-plan living area, furnished with comfortable sofas, bookshelves, a tv, a modern built-in decorative fireplace, and an elegant glass and wooden coffee table. The numerous windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the room while framing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The dining area, with a large wooden table seating 10 guests, completes the living space, creating an inviting setting for enjoying pleasant moments together.

Adjacent to the living area is the spacious kitchen, featuring a charming rustic style and fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, moka pot, American coffee maker, hob, toaster, and refrigerator. At the centre of the room, a large island with a marble countertop and stools provides a practical space for meal preparation and informal breakfasts. Here too, the large windows ensure a bright and airy atmosphere, with views over the surrounding greenery.

A convenient guest bathroom completes the floor.

First floor: The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, comprising 4 bedrooms, divided as follows:

- 1 double bedroom with a charming four-poster bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and direct access to a terrace;

- 2 double bedrooms with a mezzanine level, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom with shower;

- 1 distinctive bedroom with an antique Chinese four-poster double bed and alcove; the mezzanine features a Japanese futon.

Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.

The distinctive layout and original furnishings give the villa a refined atmosphere full of character, making it an ideal setting for a relaxing and convivial stay.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden, and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
