Sea Pearl – 1 Bedroom Beachfront Apartment

Situated in the Sea Pearl Building looking over Banana Beach. Our apartment has a fantastic sea-view balcony, queen size double bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable living and dining area.

The apartment also includes free private parking, laundry facilities (small additional cost), and 24hr security guard.

We provide towels, linen, cable tv, air-conditioning, wi-fi, crockery, utensils and a personal check-in and check-out service.

Beautiful property just as pictures!

Wonderful and warm place with gorgeous views to wake up to every morning. The most perfect location with everything at walking distance. Gary was very accommodating and checked in to see how we were doing. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Lovely Beachfront Apartment

This apartment is in a wonderful location, with the beach right across the street.. The apartment is clean and the property manager, Austin is very helpful with any problems that may occur. I would highly recommend staying here while you are in Tel Aviv.

We had a great experience staying at the Sea Pearl. The central location and view right at the beach is spectacular. We were even able to keep a car in the garage which allowed us to get out and about around Israel. Gary was attentive and terrific in making sure we had what we need and addressing a small issue with the hot water one day. We will definitely stay at this or one of Gary’s other properties when our future travels bring us to Israel!

Beautiful view

The apartment was as advertised. It has a great view of the Tel Aviv beach. Comes with a parking space. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that we told the owner when we would be arriving and were told the guard had the key. When we arrived the guard had not been told of our arrival and had to wake up the owner. What if the owner had not responded to to the guard's phone call at 5:30 in the morning? Hot water had not been turned on, etc.

Perfect Vacation!

Having stayed at other VRBO's in Tel Aviv, we have found the one we LOVE!! The location, spaciousness, cleanliness and the beach/sea view not only from the outside balcony, but from anywhere in the living room was 100% worth the stay at this apt. We enjoyed the sunsets nightly and early morning coffee on the balcony. Walking distance to wonderful cafes, super market, the Shuk, delicious restaurants. Would stay here again!!! Austin was extremely responsive when we had questions.

Great View and Very Comfortable Apartment

Sitting on the balcony and viewing the beach and ocean was a great delight. Sometimes we didn’t want ro go anywhere, just sit on the balcony. The apartment was very clean and well stocked,. We rented the apartment a second time when we returned to Tel Aviv from touring.

Not a great experience!!! The landlord tried to steal $$ from me

The place needs total renovation a week after we left the place the guy accused us of bleaching his countertops and charged us $500 without our consent spoke to VRBO They condone his action and now I am disputing the charge do not stay there not worth a penny

A great little flat in perfect location for beach and town in Tel Aviv. Clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the beach and access to a fabulous pool. We really enjoyed it.

We went swimming every morning, hard to resist crossing the street in flip flops - you are on the beach. Appartment is very nice too. Its perfect for 2 people for any period of time, but can sleep 4 for short stays.

Great Location - You Can't Go Wrong Here

We stayed here for 3 weeks in January. The apartment is spacious with a great view of the sea. Austin was very helpful and attended to our every need. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large. Despite some windy and chilly days, the apartment was toasty warm. We would gladly stay here again.
