WELCOME TO ICING ON THE CAKE IN SUNCADIA
"Icing on the Cake" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course clubhouse and the Stovehouse restaurant. Just out the backdoor is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features four bedrooms including 2 Master Suites, and 3.5 bathrooms. Ten guests can sleep comfortably on beds.

This well-designed home features a comfortable great room with a fantastic outdoor living space complete with a private hot tub, and a gas fire pit! The kiddos will love playing in the heated garage game room which also features a Ping Pong Table. The whole family will enjoy the free high-speed, WiFi Internet.

The well stocked kitchen features stainless appliances and a large bar for preparing great in-home meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar for 4. Just off the kitchen is the very comfortable living room that boasts a Gas Fireplace, large flat screen TV with YouTube TV and DVD Player! The comfortable furniture is great for relaxing and taking in your favorite TV Program or Movie.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st main floor master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite which features a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a jack-n-jill bath that is shared with the bunk room. This bath has a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds and shares the jack-n-jill bathroom with the queen guest bedroom.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The microwave was not clean.This led to our closer inspection - lots of dust bunnies behind the bed in the master. Blind to the right of the fireplace was inoperative (no privacy here). Everything else was OK.

This is a lovely home and perfect for a snowy getaway in Suncadia. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. It was an excellent home for a game away for 3 couples and kids. Everyone had space for relaxing, playing games both inside and in the garage. Very comfortable.

Great stay in beautiful cabin

My family and I stayed at this lovely cabin. The cabin was better than the pictures, exuding a very cozy feel. We had plenty of room for everyone, the amenities we needed to make ourselves feel at home and quick responses to any questions we did have. We would definitely come back and hope to soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a prime location walking distance to the lodge, tubing area and the winery. It accommodated our family get together well with a bathroom for each family. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with enough dishes and cooking tools that we needed. The garage has quite a few kids toys and ping pong table that we enjoyed a bit. The downside was that it is not heated as advertised. There are two small portable heaters. When plugged in the fuse would blow. I suspect the heaters wouldn’t have heated the area anyway since they were quite small. The other downside was the WiFi never worked for us so the TV wouldn’t work. I called the management company about this and a missing pack and play. The pack and play was delivered quickly but we got no remedy for the WiFi or the heated garage. We did use and enjoy the hot tub and the firepit which were great. All in all it worked well for us with those exceptions.

I’m the oldest of our group (the grandma) and I slept on one of the bunk beds and I did good. Loved the hot tub. Loved the fire pit. Really awesome. Kitchen was stocked really well. Loved the big park.
