This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests to spread out comfortably over 2,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends looking for a home base to explore the great outdoors.

The spacious great room features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table with seating for 6, a large kitchen island with seating for 3, a gas fireplace, and a 55” TV with FuboTV. Step outside to the covered patio and you’ll enjoy the 4 person dining table, private hot tub, and a gas fire pit!

The home boasts two fabulous Master Suites with private en-suite tile bathrooms. There is also a King Guest Bedroom and a Bunk Room that has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. There are a total of 3 bathrooms with showers and a ½ bath off the great room.

Everyone in your family will enjoy all the on-site amenities and the location of this fabulous home!

** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

Fabulous and comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house and all that it offered. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Wonderful family weekend!!

This was one of our favorite homes to stay in at Suncadia so far! The layout of the home was great! We had a blast in the garage with the shuffleboard and hoops. The hot tub, fire pit and covered patio was perfect!
