Beautiful Townhouse located in a private secured community that includes a park, a tennis court, a restaurant, 2 pools, a splendid private beach and possibilities for walking and cycling in all tranquility!

The Townhouse is the only one in the community with 4 king bed mattress with 4 private bathroom. It was built in June 2017, has been designed and decorated with the greatest care to maximize the well-being of each of its traveler.
The Townhouse which is double air conditioning, includes a large kitchen, dishwasher, stove, fridge, coffee maker and a Nespresso with coffee capsules, a microwave, a pantry. A large living room with a 58 inch Smart TV, a Bose sound system, a DVD, high speed internet, wifi, free parking, washer-dryer, three terrace balconies that invite you to enjoy every wonderful moment. You also have the choice to eat either in the dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people, which has a superb view of the sea or on the magnificent terrace which has a BBQ and table that can accommodate up to 8 people too

There are also 4 superb bedrooms each with king beds, with 2 pillow choices, soft or firm for the comfort of each person, luxurious bedding, 42 inch Smart TV, wardrobe and extra covers. Each room also has its own bathroom, toilet, vanity, shower, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer. Everything has been thought out to make everyone feel like in a Hotel.

You have a great pool with chair just front of the townhouse. You have free access! You can bring your foods, yours drinks, towels, games beach, floating that it have in the closet in the townhouse. This pool is specially just for the townhouse starfish! The row who is on the beach and the row where the townhouse is. If you would like to use the other pool, the one called "Private Pool Club" you just need to go at the welcome center! We paid the member ship, which gives you the right to benefit from the small price! Which is 10$ us per day per person! Don't forget to ask your ticket towel ;-)

In Palm Cay, we have a great restaurant. Some special everyday. Ask the Welcome Center to know what it have on your vacation time.

It have a Spa (massage), Gym, bicycles, paddle boards, that you can have access with extra charge! Just need to go at the Welcome Center to have more informations if you would like to use and enjoy one of them!

And if you want to spend a day at the beach, you have 4 beautiful blue chairs and 4 black chairs that can be easily transported, beach towels, cooler to bring your drinks, game of arrows, ring game, sand games for children, inflatable lounge chairs and a super paddle board as well as 4 tennis rackets and balls, 2 bicycles, a high chair for your little children and a park for their safety.

Once on site, there will be at your disposal, a detailed Map with various nice restaurants, activities, shopping. All so that you can enhance your stay on this wonderful island, NASSAU !!
Ps: You want to have a transport at your arrival, a chef for your stay or a part of your stay, a relaxing massage on the beach, access to the refurbished Club House in Palm Cay, or go sailing to visit the Exumas or take a ferry to see other islands, we have the references. Nothing is impossible for you to have a great stay!

Gorgeous location and spacious accommodations.

Gorgeous location and the house was very spacious - allowing teenagers to have top floor and adults on second floor. Plenty of privacy for each bedroom with private bathroom. Beach and pool were terrific and no need to go to the resort pool. Highly recommend.

Great stay at a great price

Everything was as pictured and it was so nice to have 4 bedrooms with king beds and en suite baths. Some have complained of Palm Cay being isolated, but it was perfect for our group and we enjoyed being in a quieter location. The restaurant food was great and there is a grocery store and a liquor store within walking distance. Loved it and will come back!

Great Spring Break

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kate’s place! We had everything we needed for a great week in a beautiful place! Kate was great to communicate with and took care of a couple of minor things quickly. I would say the only small complaint was that the unit was not ready at check in time. The cleaners were still there over an hour after check in, but other than that the rest of the week was great.

Wonderful home and private beach

This home was beautiful and comfortable for all seven members of my family. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The pool and beach were private and we had them to ourselves for most of our stay. There were supposed to be two bicycles and a paddle board, they weren't there, but it didn't matter because the beach was so nice we just floated in the water. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental!!!

The location is great as are the four king beds with en suite. The bedrooms and baths are clean and the AC in the house is great. This was our second stay at this property (2023) and although we like the king beds and en suites, the property is in need of some TLC. Opening the front door is a bit of a challenge as the doorknob latch doesn’t fully retract and brute force is necessary. Light bulbs were out and towel hangers removed in some bathrooms. Kitchen appliances need a good cleaning, especially the ice maker, and pots and pans are quite worn. Couch cover also needs cleaning and the bed pillows have seen better days. The bedrooms do not get dark at night as there are many exterior lights and the curtains are not lined, so bring a sleep mask if that’s an issue for you. We had to buy more toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing liquid and the shower gels and shampoos had not been refilled in all the bathrooms. Only a few dishwasher tabs and trash bags provided. Just felt like everything was bare minimum. The resort fee is 16/person/day. No portable outdoor chairs or bikes and chairs on some balconies were broken.

Perfect Island Getaway

After securing our booking Kate was incredibly proactive in sending us several people that she works with on the island for transportation, food, plus a list of valuable information about the property and surrounding area. The private chef Perry Sweeting suggestion was 10/10 ✨️✨️✨️ He in turn suggested a mobile masseuse that was exceptional with magic hands💆‍♀️ Although it is off the beaten path, the tranquility and accessibility to the ocean made it all worthwhile. There was a minor hiccup with our air conditioning unit, but Kate was incredibly responsive and the maintenance person was so prompt and thorough in making sure everything was in working order. A few minor cosmetic fixes that need to be addressed around the house, but overall great property Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Property with Awesome Amenities! Highly recommended!

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Loved being right on the water with access to the club onsite. We enjoyed drinks right on the beach with towel service at no extra cost. The restaurant onsite offered fun events each night like karaoke and happy hours. We even made use of the two bikes and explored the property a bit. Kate was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Although we had a slight issue with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms, Kate jumped right in and got someone to head over and fix it. She was flexible about our checkin time and provided a clear map with suggestions for all of our needs. I would absolutely stay at the property again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, carefree stay right on the beautiful beaches of the Bahamas. Thanks Kate!

Family Vacation

This is a very nice condo, nicely decorated and a some extras provided by the owner. She is very gracious and responded quickly to any questions or needs when contacted. All the beds were comfortable and condo very clean. Palm Cay was perfect for us- no crowds. One must drive to do things but we did not mind nothing is very far and driving around the edge of the island into Nassau was much more pleasant than cutting through the middle and takes the same amount of time. Two grocery stores, pharmacy,liquor, pizza etc. less than 5 minutes. The beach club is great and we had a nice dinner at the restaurant one night. Staff is accomodating and friendly. Be aware there is a charge to use the beach club during the day but one can go over at night to the bar/restaurant. If you don't want to pay the fee, the pool provided across from the condo is also very nice. We recommend the Wild Thyme restaurant in Nassau. It was a wonderful meal for six people. Lobster salad was so good I am still thinking about it! Also, this condo does not front the beach but it is practically out the front door anyway. Great place to stay!

Horrible stay

The house smelled like mildew. The air conditioner was leaking all over the house, which left a horrible smell. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work. We had a leek from the ceiling in the upper level stairway, very dangerous I had to put towels to prevent from falling. The host was very rude and made excuses for everything. Then tried to charge me $60 for a missing towel after we dealt with it all and did not complain. Owner had exterminator come at 9:00am the day we were checking out for the ants that were everywhere. This inconvenienced us as we were preparing to leave. This unit is not well kept and after spending $4000 the owner is trying to charge me an extra $60, disgraceful!!!! The owner has done nothing since purchasing this unit except collect. SAD

Great Response Time From Property Owner

Kate was a excellent Host and Her property was beautiful She helped My family and I the whole way kate and her references know the island very well so if you rent from her you will not be disappointed at all the ocean and pool is right across from the front door the island is so nice and the ocean view is breathe taking above all kate house and the island was so cool we all loved it.

A TRUE Vacation

We arrived to the townhouse and it was perfect. Updated, modern, new and coziness wrapped with cleanliness. This was the first time we stayed at Nassau, other than the resorts. The owner was absolutely fantastic and walked us through any questions we had. Very short walk to pool and beach! I say a TRUE vacation, because we weren't obligated to wait in lines for dinner. We just went to the grocery store, grilled at home and chilled out. Kids loved it! Thank you again!

Christmas in the Bahamas

The condo was as advertised on VRBO. Kate, the owner keeps the property well maintained. She was an excellent communicator. Upon a single text, Kate immediately had a few minor issues repaired when we arrived. The condo is three stories with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Both are accessed by steps. The bedrooms are all good size with nice bathrooms in each. It easily slept six people on very comfortable beds. The downstairs is long and a somewhat narrow, but comfortable for six guests. We cooked fresh fish and lobster several nights in the kitchen. The water purification system in the kitchen was great for travelers. The condo is across a parking area from the beach. It’s a 60 second walk to the pool and beach. The back patio area faces away from the beach toward currently in-construction condos. The community is gated and safe with a nice marina, coffee shop and restaurant on site. The beach is clean and the water clear enough to snorkel. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the condo, which was very convenient. We found ourselves driving the Eastern coast road most days to get to downtown Nassau and the boat docks for fresh fish. Negotiating with the multiple fish mongers is a must for best quality and price. We recommend diving with Stewart’s Cove and swimming with the dolphins at Blue Lagoon. Chef Perry cooked a fabulous steak and crab cake meal in the condo on Christmas Day. He’s a must do. Chef Perry also found us a reasonably priced Christmas tree with lights. He was very helpful all week. Overall, this unit was great. My only wish once I saw the community was that the back patio wasn’t on the beach like other units. Kate is an amazing host. We would certainly rent from her again.

Excellent Stay

Our party of 8 had an amazing time at Palm Cay. The home was clean, and offered everything we needed. The bonus of each having a king bed and en-suite was lovely!! We travelled out and spent the day at Atlantis for a short 25 minute drive - definitely recommend! We travelled using Chris Transportation as Kate mentioned and what amazing man and company! The pool was small but did the trick and beach access was great. Thank you for a great stay
